    Jase rolled his eyes, but with a smile on his face. "You better, or I'll be societally obligated to kick you butt." Jase said, mostly joking. In all honesty, he wasn't really sure why he hadn't beat him up when they first met. That's what would have been expected of an interaction between him and Francois.

    Jase rolled his eyes. "My gods, for a little bit there I almost found you tolerable." Jase sat down in the grass, leaned up against one of the trees that lined the clearing. Jase looked around the clearing. He knew this place well. This is place where he almost always came to when he wanted to practice.

    Jase rolled his eyes. "Whatever you say, man." Jase said, watching as the son of Eros sat against a tree. "Really, man? That's really cool, actually. What's he like?" As much as Jase lived for subverting the stereotypes of subverting the stereotypes of being an Aphrodite kid, he couldn't always do that. He liked hearing the love stories from other people. It was literally in his DNA.

Jase didn't really understand the whole gay relationship thing, but he did know how to ask about and talk about love and relationships. "Maybe you haven't yet settled on one person because you haven't found that one person." Jase suggested.

That's how I know you were straight when I first saw you." The son of Eros explained, laying down on his back. He stared up at the sky and sighed peacefully. "But yeah. We'll see how it goes."

"Though, I do have this one power where I can make someone confess their sexual desires and everything that entails." François bit the corner of his lip and thought. "Unless they piss me off. If they piss me off, then I pull out the big guns." He looked over at Jase. "...Do you have any powers or abilities?"

    OOC: I had to go on a mad chase because I didn't think that I gave Jase any powers but I made him in 2012 so I wasn't sure. I was right.

    BIC: Jase shook his head. "Nah, man. I've always kind of wished that I did, but, regretfully, I don't." Jase ran his hand back through his hair. "If you ever pull that stuff on me, I hope you'd be prepared to die, because that's what would happen." Jase said, kind of seriously, but he had faith in Francois.

    OOC: Oh, okay, well if you ever want your characters to develop powers, then the power developing part of the arena is where you can go to test some ideas out. :)

    BIC: François looked over at Jase and smirked. "Even if I did, it wouldn't take much affect. You're a son of Aphrodite so you have a natural resistance to amokinesis whether you know it or not. That's why I didn't try and seduce you when you told me who your god parent was." He said truthfully. "Though, it would be nice to have someone like you at me beck and call. Beat up people I don't like so I don't have to."

Honestly, the fact that Jase called Francois a friend so openly was even surprising to him. It was true, but it wasn't the kind of thing that Jase would usually say out loud, let alone to the person.

    Jase smiled a little bit. "I like it when you're more serious, dude. You're much more real." Jase honestly felt like not many people at camp were all that real. They hid behind stereotypes and their powers, but no one seemed willing to just sit around and be normal people. He was sick of it, if he was being honest.
