Flaws:Apart from being a sadistic person who hates the existence of her former lover (Theseus) she hates all things that get her mad. don't get her mad. she doesn't go big and green, but you don't want her mad at you. She always wants her way.
Powers(must relate to god parent; optional):Drown. Ophelia summons a shower of Tears from the ground in an attempt to douse people. the Tears sap the Victim's Will to Fight, leaving them less able to defend themselves against her onslaught.
Life Before CHB*: Ophelia was a lover of Theseus Kirtley, Till his leaving her after his finding out he was a half blood. in sorrow, she left America, returning to her birthplace by the Black Sea. There, In sorrow, She drowned herself. but she came back, stronger, and with a purpose. Revenge against one whom she loved.

My Vengeance shall crash down upon him like a Wave, ending his Miserable Existence. I look, and see a man standing there. He looks away, cowering. I watch as the Tears consumes his body, feeling a satisfaction imagining his face beneath the Waters. somewhat satisfied, I keep walking to Camp Half-Blood. I grin, Evilly. Any notes about your characters:appearance. :Her hair is black and she she wears thorn-like barrettes, while her eyes are tinted purple and accentuated with eye-shadow that imitates tears. Most notable is her skin, which is blue, simulating asphyxiation, and the Black Tears themselves that form her clothing. These are a black torn-up dress that sublimates at the bottom, gloves and a fan-like collar of Tear tendrils at the back of her head. this is all because of a curse, and below all this is how she is when normal. And I'm not quite sure what you're getting at by this whole being "drowned" thing.

How many times a day can she make this shower of tears, and how long does each one last?

it's really more of a semi-instant, Bucket of Tears falls on your Head kind of Dousing. 30 times a day, because they can dodge. She can only do this to one enemy at a time, and the Tears are summoned from the Ground, rushing up to fall on the Enemy from the air to give them a chance to dodge. If doused, the Become Really Depressed, Losing the Will to Fight, as well as all the normal effects of getting unexpectedly doused. Namely, the coughing, spluttering, and Temporary Blinding. (if someone dumped some water on you, you know how long this blindness lasts.

An Idea for a Solo For Six Stringed Sorrow: Weeping Heavens. Black Tears Fall from the Sky like a Rainshower, Depressing Ophelia's Enemies and Healing Her Allies. 3 times a day, heals slowly, and over a 25 yard Radius. note the Tears in this solo are not Artillery sized Water bombs like in Brutal legend. and they do Absolutely no Damage.

Remember none of this will carry over to the Real Ophelia when she is cleansed
