Vivian Haddix Cahill

Brief History:
Vivian lived with her mother and "father" in a mansion. Her father wasn't really her real father. Her mother had snuck out one night after they argued. She met a handsome man on the street, which turned out to be Morpheus. After nine months, her mother had a child. Her father thought she was his and went along with it. Vivian was nothing like her father. They looked different and they acted different. Vivian never really took a liking to her father. When she started school, she got really good grades for a demigod. Vivian got home one day and found out that her mother had died in a car crash. Her "father" was now going to take care of her. He made her do everything. Washing dishes, cleaning the house, and doing laundry. One night, Vivian went to sleep and went into her father's dream. Once she awoke, which was about 4:00 A.M., she packed all the things she needed and left the house.

She also took some money out of her father's wallet, which was about 600 dollars. She decided it would be for food and anything else she needed. She was only ten then. She ran out of the city and into the nearby forest. She basically lived there for a couple of years. She stayed there until she was 12, then she left to go to school in a different city, which was a mile away. Nobody would know that she escaped from her so-called "father." She would walk "home" everyday. She took residence in the forest. She made a few friends at school. Her best friend, Jamie, was a satyr. Vivian showed Jamie her home, and Jamie told her she was a demigod, after finding out that she ran away from her "dad" that treated her unfairly. Jamie was pretty smart for a satyr, so she could infer almost anything. Vivian thought Jamie was psycho and ignored her at school since then. A monster had popped up at her school one day and was her teacher. Jamie passed Vivian a sword. Vivian wasn't really comfortable with a sword, but it was all she had. She slashed at the monster. The Laestrygonian slashed at her arm, injuring her. Jamie stood up and played her flute, which tied the monster up with vines. Jamie and Vivian fled the school and went into the forest. The next morning, they used the 450 dollars Jamie had left to go to Long Island. When they arrived at Long Island, Jamie introduced her to her new home. Vivian has been living there for one year. Morpheus claimed her a week after she arrived.

Vivian is a bit pessimistic, she is afraid of heights, and she has Maladaptive Daydreaming.

Powers:
Vivian can dreamwalk. She can go into people's dreams, but they have to be in a range of 8 yards from her. She has to be asleep too, though. She can only stay in the dream for an hour and a half. They can resist if they know she is in their dream. She can do minor things in the dream, such as trip them or throw a pebble at them. She can only be in one dream at a time.


RP Example:
Vivian walked along the bridge that led to the other side of Zephyros Creek. She liked being here sometimes, since it was empty most of the time. Although, she liked to bother sleeping people. Vivian went to the edge of the bridge and looked into the flowing water. It ran right through the forest. She got off the bridge and took out her lute that she was planning to play when she got to the creek. The Morpheus cabin was lonely and boring, but there were a few people in there, and she didn't want to disturb them. It just seemed like the right thing to do.
