Walking through the fields

I walked in, my dark circles more purple than normal making a sort of contrast with my milky coffee eyes. I took a deep breath, absorving every trace of the sour strawberry fragance. I never came here, really. It looked like a nice place to relax. I pulled a loose strand of the vintage pantyhose, thinking about Nigel III. I wondered why the hell... I needed to start a new book. My mind was too empty.

I looked sideways and saw a boy who wouldn't be much older than me and was talking to himself. He wouldn't break my daydreams, then I focused my view and greeted him with a nod.

I saw some girl nod to me and looked over my shoulder...nobody else...she had to have been nodding at me. I look around pretending not to notice so I wouldn't have to take part in socail contact.

I shrugged mentally and went back to my initial position.

I walked about the fields.

I followed him with my look. I watched in a documentary that eating a strawberry excess can make your skin peel. I'll never eat anything red again.

I felt her eyes on me. I twist my fingers nervously avoiding eye contact.

I cleaned my throat when he noticed me. Did he really? Maybe he was just anxious. "Hey... What are you doing?"

"J-just walking...why?" I asked nervously.

I giggled. "Nothing. I'm also just wandering."

"Oh that's fun...." I said not sure if that was the correct thing to say.

I nodded quickly. I wanted to be alone and went to the most isolated place I found. And suddenly a speechless boy appeared. Gross.

I kinda just stood there wondering if i should talk or...something.

I gave up of him with a bitter face. I stared at the sky, trying to count the stars, because I know they're countable.

I saw her make a face. I facepalm. okay I just failed.

I looked at him askance. "So, how should I call you?"

"Riley...just Riley...." I said.

Hm. Isn't Riley a girl name? "I'm Morella, just Morella." I smiled heartily.

"Oh...morella...that's nice." I said.
