She has a scar from a stupid challenge she did in seventh grade on my left arm, a red mark in an ovalish shape.she doesnt think, and she always has to prove that she's toug
Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): She can crate electricity, but only through her fingertips. It's not very strong, since she hasnt worked on it at all.With a lot of practice, it could be improved to knocking people off their feet. She can do it if she really focuses,up to 6 times a day, and it lasts until she's no longer in contact with the person, but max time is one minute. The current strength og the shock is just a buzz
Life Before CHB*: She lived with her mom and older brother, until one day her brother disappeared. She was only four, so she doesnt remember much. She grew up with just her mom, and she didnt havge many friends. At age 13, she found pictures of her and her brother. She took one of them eating ice cream somewhere. She carried it with her, always.
RP Example*: I slid the picture of my brother and I in my pocket. I strapped my sword to my hip, and grabbed the purple backpack full of things I might need. I wasnt really sure where I was going. Who knew? I might be back in an hour. "Goin for a walk," I called to my mom, then headed out the door without waiting for her repsonse.

So, can you define how strong the electricity she can create is -- like, a minor shock to somebody that'll make their hair stand on end or such? You'll need to put a definite amount of time she can use the electricity for. How strong will the electricity be when she's had practice?

How would you consider her scar a flaw -- as some reminder that she can do foolish things?

Yeah, she doesnt think, and she always has to prove that she's tough, and i forgot it -.-

Life Before CHB*: Rumor lived normally. Well, not really. She was big on parties. SHe was the life of the party, though early on she found she couldnt get drunk. She was slightly annoyed by that, but then found she could drink all she wanted, and not be hurt. After a while, she lost interest in parties and drinking and such, and ended up in gymnastics, gardening, and she began knitting, along with a few other quirky hobbies.
RP Example*: Rumor didnt know if she could stop. She'd had a tough week, and awful week. She knocked back drink after drink, and she realized it wasnt affecting her. She wanted to lose herself in the drinks, but she couldnt. It was as if she was protected from it. Rumor made a frustrated noise, and slipped out of the house, leaving the party. She ran, and ran, and ran.

I'm not sure I like the fact that she drinks underage, especially with kids being on this site.

Well i added in that she quit after she found out it didnt do anything
