Life Before CHB: Dad, Max is an astrophysicist at Cornell. Jaxt played lacrosse and was always in the top of his class. He wanted to also become an astrophysicist if he wasn't able to play lacrosse. He didn't have many friends and was kind of thoght of as a nerd.
RP Example: He ran through the clearing remembering everything he could about Greek mythology. It was easy with how smart he was. At that moment he just wanted to scream with how his life had just been turned upside-down. He kept running until he got to the trees where he had his tree house where he kept all the things his dad didn't know he had. He went into the tree house and got the wooden dagger he had carved and shoved it into the ground trying to get rid of his built up anger.

Flaws: Full of himself, can trust too much, and hard to teach. Claustrophobic
Powers: When he starts running, he will glow and heat up like a mini sun chariot (only if he wants to) Can heat up twice a day as long as he is under the sun. Can heat up to 500 degrees at the highest. Can go for 15 minutes at a time. Can only start when the sun is out but will keep going even if it goes under a cloud. If he gets hit while in "sun-mode" he will slowly decrease in temperature but will be slightly healed when at normal temperatue. He will drop around 75 to 100 degrees everytime he is hit. Any wound that is very serious like to the heart, brain, or lungs will be fatal. Other wound he will most likely survive but he will still most likely need medical attention. Also cannot start up again while injured. Afterwards he is tired and if he uses both charges within the an hour of each other he will faint.
Life Before CHB: His mom is a very respected doctor in NYC. He liked to hunt with a bow and compete in archery competitions. Ty, short for Tyrod, always got by in school usually getting D's to Cs. He lived in the Bronx since he was born and was always out under the sun. He and his mom volunteered a lot at medical clinics in their free time.
RP Example: Ty took a deep breath as he picked up the next arrow. He had to get a perfect ten on this last shot if he wanted to win the competition. He fix the arrow on the string slowly trying to make sure everything was perfect. His mind was racing trying to remember everything he know. Finally, he drew the arrow back slowly, took aim, and let it fly.

How many times a day can he heat up? Does he need to use the sun's rays to do this? How long does it last, and how hot in degrees Fahrenheit can he get?

Yes both the weapons are celestial bronze. How about now?

At most, we allow 600 degrees Fahrenheit for anything related to fire/the sun. You need a specific amount of time he can heat up like this. What happens if it's cloudy and he can't see the sun? What happens if somebody manages to poke him with, say, a sword?

So, when he comes out of sun-mode, the wounds he receives while he was in sun-mode will be slightly healed? How many degrees does he drop each time he gets hit?

Yes, healed enough to be non-fatal or not as bad a wound.

So, even if he gets stabbed in the heart during sun mode, when he comes out of it (if he lasts that long) he'll be able to survive it?

He would survive but would still have a very serious wound.

Can I suggest adding maybe another flaw, like a fear? Also, what effects physically/mentally do these powers have on them? Does he get tired? Need to drink a lot of water or something after using them?

I suggest you remove the part about no wound being fatal in sun-mode -- I'm sure even a stab to the head would kill him, sun-mode or not. And edit in his weapons are Celestial bronze, too.

Weapon: wooden staff with celestial bronze daggers on each end. disguised as a cell phone that when flipped open turns into the staff. Calls it wind slasher
Flaws: Scar on his left leg that will sometimes erupt in enormous pain and will make him pass out. Gets mad easily. hard time making friends
Powers: Able to control small winds to help him move fast while in the air. (basically he can control the winds and fly.) Can get up to 30 to 35 miles per hour. If the wind is faster then 35 he can control it but not make it go any faster. Can control wind of up to 50 mph. Can get up to 20 feet in the air over the ground below him. Can stay airborne for up to 15 minutes. Can use wind control / fly up to 7 times a day. Can make aother people fly too, if they let him, and it will count towards his total. Can make a max of one other fly but he can fly at the same time but will tire faster. Using winds for 5 minutes will make him fatigued. 10 minutes is tired, 12 is very tired, & 15 will make him pass out. Also can make small tornadoes which can disorient, knock down and throw enemies. Can use up to five a day. As long as he doesn't use multiple within the same half hour of each other he will be fine. Tornadoes are 6 feet tall and 6 feet in diameter. Tornadoes will last 1 minute each.
Life Before CHB: Mom is a pilot for a commercial airline. Ian and his mom moved a lot and she home schooled him. He was also taught a lot of suvival skills. His favorite place they lived in was Colorado were he could be close to the sky and up in the mountains. They got a parakeet for his 10th birthday and that is also when his mom told him who his father was.
RP Example: That is when he saw the monster. He started running and screamed, "Come on Streak. we have to get to the top." He quickly dodged through the trees trying to get home. He tried getting into the air but he was to tired. Right before he crossed the top the monster, with one swipe of its paw gashed his leg and Ian tumble across the top of the hill.
