Life Before CHB: Jade wasn't a very strong demigod. She was normal, apart from the fact that she was tossed from school to school. She wasn't attacked till she was 15. A dracanae pretending to be her teacher cornered her. She had to talk her way out of things and had a narrow escape. She ran straight home, but while she was halfway, some campers found her. They took her to Camp Half-Blood after telling her who she was.
RP Example: "Why are you doing this~?" I demand. I am trying to talk my way out. The snake woman hisses something I can't decipher, then lunges at me. At the last moment I dodge so she crashes into the wall. Before she can recover, I stumble up. I start to run towards the nearest exit.

Powers: If it's dark, she can make it so three feet around her is lit up by the moon. She can do it four times a day and has to wait five hours in between each use. It doesn't work in the sun and if she tries to do it in sunlight, she gets knocked out. It lasts for 10-20 minutes.

Life Before CHB: Lillian was thirteen when her first monster attacked. It was a Cyclops, trying to maim her and eat her. She almost died and returned home with an injured arm. When her mother heard about it, she didn't explain, but they moved to America. Lillian was always asking why they had moved, but her mother wouldn't answer her. Finally, Lillian got mad and ran away. She got found by a hellhound in the woods and ran until she was out of there. A satyr found her in a park and took her to Camp Half-Blood.

RP Example: Lillian sprinted through the trees, her short blonde hair flying behind her. She glanced over her shoulder continously at the monster behind her, rampaging its way through. She built up speed as the hellhound knocked down trees like they were bowling pins, chasing its delicious demigod dinner. She wished she had that much strength as branches pricked her bare legs and almost hit her head. The monster was getting further in its progress.
Lillian took a breath and ran faster than she had ever run before.

Life Before CJ: Nicole was brought up in a foster home. She was adopted by somebody when she was ten. The woman turned out to be a Gorgon and tried to maim Nicole. She barely escaped it and ran away. She lived on the streets and used her intelligence to survive. She found the Wolf House one day and trained there before she found CJ.

RP Example: "Go away~!" Nicole yelled. She was trembling like a leaf, every inch of her body shaking. The Gorgon grinned menacingly and took a swipe at her. Nicole fell flat to the ground, the swipe missing her by centimeters. She stumbled up again and tried to dodge around the gorgon. Life is so stupid, she thought.

Powers: She can heal injuries 6 times a day, with a 1 hour wait in between. The worst injury would be a fracture 4 inches long, healed halfway.

Life Before CHB: Heather was told she was a demigod when she was 12, by her mother. She thought her mother was crazy and ran away. A satyr found her when she was 13 and told her that her mother wasn't crazy. She didn't believe it, and tried to get away. A Laistrygonian found her a few minutes later and tried to kill her. But she escaped, again. She found the satyr, now believing that she was a demigod.

RP Example: Heather's fist clenched. Why did my mom have to be crazy? she thought, feeling angry. A scowl appeared on her face. Suddenly, she noticed somebody watching her. She looked up, feeling uncomfortable. It was a boy, who looked about the same age of her. Go away! she wanted to yell, but didn't want to attract more attention. She tried to walk away, but heard footsteps behind her.

She had asked them to keep it quiet -- heck, she was pretty sure it had been at least 12 times. With an exasparated sigh, she dove into the water, creating a splash that soaked the nearest demigod. The half-blood scowled at River as she smirked at him from underwater.
