The Amphitheater

Ever raised an eyebrow. "You stand with the gun in your hand, staring at the wall with the look so sad. Come on. You cant tell me that's not depressing. But I guess you can interpret songs differently." Ever shrugged. "I'm Ever, by the way." she added, her eyes flicking down to her book then back to the girl.

"Sabrina, and that's only the first verse." She said to the Athena girl. Sabrina paused and restarted the song so that it was back at the beginning. She then took out her other earphone. She handed the two to Ever with a face that said, 'listen and you'll get it.'

Ever looked at the earphone with a somewhat disgusted look. "No thanks," she said. What if the girl was right? That couldn't be allowed. "It doesnt even matter. Its just a song," Ever said. She tucked her hair back out of her face and returned to her book.

Sabrina looked somewhat....annoyed..and hurt all at once. At this moment her shyness slinked away for a minute and she glared at the girl. "Hey b!tch. If you're going to say something about one of my favorite songs just based off the first verse without listening to the whole thing, and then refuse to listen and say it's 'just a song' well then how about you f*ck off." She said and then she caught herself before she went further. She said more than she planned as it was, and she was about to bolt because she was afraid. She didn't like to fight, she didn't want to, she will to defend herself, but she always hates herself after the fight.

Ever's eyes widened. That little b*itch. 'i dont think you want to turn this into a fight, honey." Ever said, her voice dripping with anger. "You dont need to get so mad over a song." Ever shook her head, scooted away from the girl, and dropped her eyes back down to her book. Too bad the girl had to be so uptight. They could have been good friends.

Sabrina felt her rage break again, but she didn't draw a blade. Instead she smirked at the back of her head and then put her earphones in. She played the song and then started to sing it all. "you stand with the gun in your hand

Ever couldn't concentrate on her book with that girl singing. It was a pretty song, and the girl was right. Ever frowned and turned her intense gray eyes to the girl. "Okay. You were... right." Ever struggled with that last word. She shook her head slightly. "You can't tell anyone I was wrong, though." She gave the girl a shy smile. "Sorry for being so... rude, I guess." Apologizing was even harder for her than admitting she was wrong. She hoped the girl would realize this and accept it.

Sabrina took out her headphones and listened to the girls apology and admittance of being wrong. Sabrina wasn't 100% percent convinced, but saw that Ever was struggling to either admit being wrong or apologizing. Sabrina smiled and walked over to her, sitting down a bit close to her. "I forgive you, and promise, I won't tell anyone that you were wrong about something." She said and smirked a bit.

"Thanks,"she smiled again shyly. Ever looked over at the girl, her eyes scanning her face. The girl was pretty. Really pretty. Ever's eyes flicked back to her book, her cheeks turning pink.

Sabrina smiled when Ever said thanks and then raised an eyebrow when she started to turn pink in the cheeks. "Are you ok?" She asked. Sabrina was smart so she might've been able to guess why Ever had turned pink, but she didn't want to assume, especially since Sabrina wasn't sure how she felt about that. It's not that she had a problem with it, she's just never experienced it, and isn't exactly sure how she'll take it if she did.

Ever shrugged. "Yeah," was all she said, and she left it at that. She pretend to be absolutely focused on her book, but she wasnt really reading. her eyes aimlessly wandered around the page. What was wrong with her? Why was she acting like this? Never in her life had she had those odd thoughts, and now...

Sabrina heard her response and then saw her go back to her book. Guess that was the end of it then. Sabrina shrugged very slightly and then got up preparing to leave. After a long day it wouldn't hurt her to get a nap before dinner was ready. After all, if anything else were to pop up then she'd at least like to be rested rather than not hungry.

Sabrina shrugged and left heading to her cabin.

Randi sat in the amphitheater near the top. With fall oncoming, the air was getting a bit chilly and so today was one of the rare occasions in which she wasn't wearing shorts. In fact, she was all covered up in a sweatshirt, a hoodie drawn over she face. She wore jeans and tennis shoes, and had a small blanket draped over her lap- it was rather cold out but too nice to stay indoors.

And there she sat, reading a book in the amphitheater.

Taylor really had no idea where he was going. He just left his cabin, after changing into a pair of jeans and put on a Nike hoodie, and just wandered. When he finally brought back his focus, he realized that he had wandered into the amphitheater. Not his first choice of a hangout place but he was already here. Taylor noticed a small person sitting at the top, reading. Taylor just decided to leave them be, he didn't like to be disturbed when he did stuff. So he just quietly went over to a bench and sat down.

Randi shivered, and found herself trying to curl up in on herself. Perhaps it was too cold to be doing this..? She might just have to go inside soon- but not yet. She yawned loudly; a yawn which then turned into a loud, high pitched sneezed. Oh no! Was she getting sick? No! She HATED being sick!

Taylor had moved position so he was laying out on the bench, his arm draped over his eyes. Yes it might of been cold, but he was tired. You think he wouldn't take a nap if he had the opportunity? Pssh, he could sleep anywhere. But today for some reason he couldn't drift off. A sneeze echoed off the the seats and Taylor moved his arm. The only other person was a girl at the top of the amphitheater.

"Bless you," He said loudly not even raising his head.

"Thanks!" She called back, her brain on auto-pilot. Then the realization seemed to sink in: there was somebody else here... "How long've you been here?" She asked cautiously.

Taylor had lazily put his arm back over his eyes. His right leg had fallen off the edge and dangled a foot above the ground. He heard a question and respond with, "Not long. Just walked in and sat down. I might of fallen asleep at some point. Actually who knows how long I've been here." He brought his leg back up and rolled onto his side.

"Oh, I see," Is all Randi says, and then she goes silent.

Taylor sat up and attempted to rub the sleep out of his eyes with knuckles. He looked up at the girl through drooped eyelids and asked, "What are you doing out here, it is quite cold." He yawned. "Unless you're a child of Chione. I think they like the cold."

Randi smirked. "No, I'm not a Chione kid. I'm not a fan of the cold, but I do like fall! October is my favorite month and I'll spend as much time as I can outside,"

OOC sorry, I've been SUPER busy

Taylor nodded, "Fall is probably one of the best seasons. Football is going on and basketball is just around the corner." Just thinking about sports got Taylor excited. Oh, why can't the season be here already.

Randi chuckled. "Well, that's not exactly what I meant, but you do have a point. I mean, I've never really been into football, but I rather do like basketball. Unless, of course, you mean futbol- soccer, in which case, I'm a huge fan,"
