Logan's bunk

Logan walked into his cohort. Oh, whopee, Ana was in it too. He went to a bed as far as possible from any other beings and flopped onto the bottom bunk. He stared up at the wooden boards.

After moping for an hour Logan left to find Ellie or Emma.

Logan reached his bunk and packed his emerald ring first. He looked at it and thought, is this girly? but shook the idea off. It was a sword, for heaven's sake! He also packed his two CJ t-shirts and three pairs of pants. He was a clean boy, compared to some of the kids he saw in his locker room in sixth grade. They stank. He walked back over to Ana's bunk.

Ana skipped over to Logans bunk, "Logan? I'm bored and need someone to talk to!" she called not in the mood to walk around the cohort to find him.

Logan walked in. "Hi, Ana," he said distractedly. Thoughts of Emma were clogging his mind.

Ana sighed there was another reason she had come. "So what's up?" She asked trying to sound cheerful, truthfully she was a wreck. She had just lost her best friend, and now she had to break the news to the guy who loved her.

Logan shrugged. "Stuff... I was at the lake listening to some guy's romance sob story. So why are you here?"

Ana took a deep breath, she really hated bad news. "It's about Emma."

"Is she hurt? Is she dead?" he panicked.

"No!" Ana said quickly, "Well, I don't think so." Ana paused for a moment, truthfully she didn't know if Emma wasn't hurt, or dead... "Why don't you sit down?"

BIC: Logan sat. She was dead. He so knew it.

Ana sighed, "She left. I would've stopped her, I should've. I couldn't." she looked down at logans face "I know this must be hard for you." she said, and gave his shoulder an awkward pat.

OOC: Begining of Season three of HOA, CJ style.... whoa.

OOC: Daannnggggg. So true.
BIC: "At least she's not dead." Logan shook his head sadly.

Ana nodded solemnly.She put her head in her hands and closed her eyes. Listening to the silence Ana took a deep breath, silently wondering if things could even worse.

Bic Logan smiled bitterly and ran his fingers through his hair. Why? he thought. Urgh.

"You know what the worst part is?" Ana started, on the verge of tears "is that I didn't even know. Not until after she left. Still, you think you would've noticed if she wanted to leave."

"What the friggin... Augh." Logan rolled onto his back. He had really thought there had been a spark... Guess not. "She had been kinda acting weird I guess. She seemed different. Like.. Like.. Umm.. Less sweet. "

The first thing Emma wanted to do was see Logan. She stood outside and knocked on the door lighlty, "Hello?"

BIC: "Hello?" Logan turned. "Em- wait, what?" He stared at her, dumbfounded. He looked stupidly at Ana then back at Emma.

"What?" Em asked. She raised an eyebrow and looked down at her Vegan Toms.

Logan stood, walked over to her, and hugged her. This is weird, Logan thought. Hm. Well if I'm dreaming it's a pretty okay dream. No, I'm not dreaming, he told himself. Just trying to be like cliche movie characters.

"Umm, okay." Emma mumbled, "Nice to see you too..."

"I... Sorry," he let go and sat back on the bunk. "Where the heck did you go?"

"Places." Emma said. She wasn't lieing, just not saying everything she needed to. "I was still in California though." She caught a small glance at Ana and then looked away, "Wheres Ellie?"

"Oh." Logan had a feeling she wasn't telling the truth, but he would weasel it out of her later. "I don't know where Ellie is. Last time I saw her, she, uh, I think she's with Thomas."
