Logan's bunk

"Sorry," he repeated, his face red. His mind raced, an he felt a little idiotic to be so overwhelmed by just making one little mistake. It didn't matter, he and Ana were like siblings, right? Right?

Ana looked into his eyes, properly this time. Her light blue eyes meeting his green. "Umm..." Was all she could say, then she snapped back into focus "okay. Now step to your right." Ana's heart started to race, the thumping pounding in her chest like after a long run. This was something she was unframiliar with, though she thought she was. After her curse, maybe she had forgotten what it was like to actually feel deep caring for someone. Was it worth it though? Could she actually trust her heart, after all it had done? Drivin a good boy to the brink, caused a tear in her friendship with everyone she met. Was this actually real, or godly magic that made her life hell?

bic: Logan stepped to the right, making sure he didn't step on her foot again. He saw her nervous look, and panicked. He loosened his grip on her hand and wiped his hands off on his sweatshirt.

Ana snapped back to reality, "You're doing fine. Trust me." she took a deep breath, trying to let go of her emotions, "Now. Twirl me under your arm."

"Okay." He twirled her around, holding her hand lightly so he didn't twist it around and hurt her. "So then we do it over?" he asked, now enjoying himself.

Ana nodded, "Want to try it to music?" she pulled out her Ipod and hooked it up to some speakers.

"Yup," he replied as the soft music flooded his ears. Step to the left, to the right, and twirl. Huh. It was surprisingly easy, the music kept him going and he felt the urge to go faster, but he didn't want to turn it into a kind of salsa.

Ana grinned, "You got it!" though her face was joyful, her head was spinning. Did she like Logan? If so, why was she trying to get him together with Emma? What the heck was wrong with her?! Her head started to spin even more.
Ana stumbled backwards, the room started to spin. "I-I, I think I need to sit down." her hand went to her head, and she squeezed her eyes shut.

Logan pumped his fist in the air. He was so ready to win the heart of Emma. He snorted and sat on the bed. But then he turned and saw Ana weirding out. He sat next to her. "Are you okay? Do- Do you need anything?" Ana looked like she was going to faint. He had only dealt with someone fainting once, and then he hadn't dealt with it well. It was at the candy place with Emma.
Logan wasn't sure he liked Emma anymore. She had dissed him, and it had been blatantly obvious that he liked her. He was pretty sure she knew he liked her, but she hadn't made any point to tell Logan her feelings. What was the point of this, anyway?

Ana nodded, and sat down. "I think I'm just dehydrated. There's a water bottle on my bed side table, could you hand it to me?"

"Okay!" Logan rushed to her bunk, and on the way slipped on a stray shirt. He stumbled, and caught himself on a bed... with his head. He rubbed it and quickly walked to her bunk, grabbing the water bottle and giving it to Ana.

Ana stifled a laugh as she was handed the water-bottle, and took a long gulp. "Thank you." she said quietly.

Logan grinned. "Heh. Yeah." He was amazed that he didn't stutter or blush. He clapped his pointer fingers together, behind his back, just to give himself a little confidence. Maybe he wasn't a nerd anymore! Maybe Ana would like him! Wait... Ana?

Ana set the waterbottle down and looked up at Logan. The front door of the barracks was wide open, letting a breeze that smelt faintly of lavender and sage roll through the room. "Do you want to go for a hike or something?" Ana asked, gesturing to the open door and bright outdoors. Ana loved these days, before the temperatures reached the mid-nineties and the sun felt like it was melting her skin.

"Yeah." He smiled at her and helped her up. He grabbed his hoodie and turned to Ana. "Let's go." He led her out. "Where to? The forum?"

Ana smirked, "I was thinking outside of camp. Somewhere where there's more, I don't know, trails."

bic: "All right." He hooked his arm through hers. "So, how about maybe Yosemite? It's only like a bus ride away." Squee. Going hiking with Ana.

Ana smiled, "Sounds fun." Ana didn't know what she was happier about, hiking or hiking with Logan...
