Danielle climbed up the rungs of the ladder, which led inside the treehouse. She was not even invited inside; She was curious like that. When she was at the top rung, she opened up the hatch and climbed inside. It was beautiful inside. The carpet was a baby blue, with pink polka dots. There were bean bags on the ground, begging her to sit on them. She gasped. "POPCORN!" She ran towards the popcorn machine, grabbing a small bag. She picked up the metal scoop laying beside it, and got a couple of large scoops. She sat down on a bean bag, chomping on her popcorn. She looked around the treehouse again. It was pretty big, enough to fit ATLEAST 20 people. There were little coffee tables around the place. It was a nice touch. There was also a flat screen TV hanging from the top. She grabbed the remote, flipping through the channels. "Whoever made this place was genius." Danielle said, eating some more of her popcorn. She changed it to Channel 253; Animal Planet. She loved Animal Planet. While she watched, she realized there was also a grill, with frozen hot dogs laying beside it. "Don't mind if I do." She turned the grill on, and threw the hotdogs on it. She sat back down, occasionally glancing at the grill. "I could live up here." She said, eating the rest of her popcorn. She set her feet on the little table in front of her, relaxing.

Re: tree house
I love popcorn, I look at the girl next to me. " hey " I watched the wind blow and all of that pretty stuff. " you are happy. " I can tell your aura shows bright colors. " I smiled and took off my shoes. " do you want pie? " I asked the girl. I ran to the other side of the treehouse and nearly hit my head on the old wooden wall. I opened the fridge and grabed a small tin filled with pie wipped cream and marshmellos. My silver hair shimered in the light. " hears your pie " I told the girl. I gave the small tin with pie in it to the girl. I looked at the sky and watched the clouds. one cloud looked like a panda. another cloud looked like a bunny with an umbrella. I looked at the tin and saw my reflection. My purpl eyes made me look like a spirit. no wonder why i have no friends. I looked at my clothes all white, It would grab anyones attention if you were in a tornado of dark black.

Re: tree house
"Damn it," Lillian mumbled, as she walked through the forest. She placed her thumb between her white teeth, sucking on it; the salty taste of blood was tangible. She sighed, letting her hand drop to her side. She studied the ladder. She placed her foot on a rung and tilted her head, back. She was trying to find what was at the top; but, the emerald leaves were dense and she couldn't see. She hauled herself, up. "I might as well get up," she muttered, sighing. Like a squirrel, she scampered up the ladder.
Lillian climbed through the hatch and surveyed the treehouse. The carpet was a soft shade of blue, dotted with pink; there were several beanbags, all of them different colors, resting on the floor. Lillian would've gone without the pink; however, she had to admit the place was nice. She looked around, realizing there were people. "Hello, m'dears," she said, a smirk curling her lips. Black eyeshadow had been dabbed around her piercing, blue eyes and lipstick, red as blood, colored her mouth. She settled on a purple beanbag, next to a girl with dark hair. "What a nice place." She swung one leg, over another. There was another girl, with pale hair and purple eyes. Lillian had met people, with purple eyes--at this camp, they weren't that rare. She ran her fingers through her long, blonde hair. "The name's Lillian," she said, addressing both of the girls. "Daughter of Khonsu." She tucked her legs underneath her, waiting for their responses.

Re: tree house
Luckily having avoided falling off the top bunk this morning, Alex wasn't still rubbing his head when he wandered between the familiar trees of the forest. What he was doing, however, was smelling something rather out of place. Something was.. cooking? It's a smell he would've expected back at the mess hall, where you could eat pretty much anything you wanted.. But out here? That was strange. He would've suspected the satyrs, only 1. It was coming from up above and 2. That was the smell of meat. Pretty sure the goat-boys didn't fly, or have much of a taste for meat in their diets. And following his nose, as he got closer Alex realized the smell was grilled food. And the satyrs would be more likely to eat the grill than what was cooking on it. Right, okay, so it obviously wasn't them. Must be more technology smuggled into the camp, which this demigod was neutral about. He didn't keep any himself, but he didn't mind the convenience every now and then, so long as it didn't actually attract monsters. He wasn't sure he believed that part though.
Anyways, soon enough following his nose brought him to a single tree, one with a ladder leading up into the leaves. Well huh, that was odd. Maybe one of the Hephaestus kids had come out and built a tree house? What, cabin too crowded for them? Seemed like a nice idea, Only, knowing how he slept himself, Alex would probably roll right out of it somehow and break his neck. Only someone was clearly up there and not breaking their necks, which made him more curious. Alex recognized the sounds of television and other food, too, close as he was now. The ladder was still swinging a bit, so most likely someone had just gone up. Surely they wouldn't mind if he just took a peek..?
Well, they might not mind, but Alex immediately started regretting it. As soon as he had the hatch pushed open he found himself surrounded by three girls, the last thing he'd been expecting. And he didn't recognize any of them as being Hephaestus' kids. Two of them were around his age, and one younger. At least no older ones, that would've made it worse. As it was, his face went a bit pink and he suddenly felt like he was going to fall out of this tree-house anyways. "Oh, I, uh.. didn't realize this was a girl's tree-house." Of course it didn't look like a girl had built it, what with a big TV like that and a grill? but Alex wasn't about to say that out loud. Girls could be scary if you got them mad, and he was in enough danger of that already.

Re: tree house
Danielle jumped at the sight of the small girl. "Oh, thank you." She began to eat the pie. When did she get here? Is this her tree-house? She looked around again. How could a little girl build all of this? And, she saw my aura? What does that even mean? She continued to eat the pie, then set it down. "Hey. I'm sorry if I interrupted anything. I just stumbled upon this AWESOME tree house. The name's Danielle." She shook her hand, and grabbed her pie again. She continued to watch the show. Eh, this show sucks. She grabbed the remote, accidently pressing a button. A little hatch opened up, showing a magnificent view of the sky. "For looking at the stars, I believe?" She said, smiling at Mary. This little girl must've been half Hephaustus.
She glanced at the entrance, spotting Lillian. "Hello. I'm Danielle. Nice to meet you." She continued to chomp on her pie. Dang, this girl can make some GOOD pie. When she finished she got up and threw the scraps away. She sat back down on the bean bag, enjoying the television.
She glanced at the doorway again, where Alex was standing. More visitors? She thought. "Oh, it's not. You may come in, if the owners alright with it." She glanced at Mary, grabbing a handful of popcorn. Wow, I'm getting fat. She glanced at her stomach. I gotta go to a gym or something.

Re: tree house
" oh its fine, anyone can come up hear. My best friend and I built this tree house shes a daughter of Ourinia. " I watched TV and ate pie. " I want to show you guys somthing. " I ran over to a corner and reviled a door. I opened the door and there reveled a long vine. " come on guys! " I climbed up the vine to the top of the tree house. at the top of the tree house there lied a trunk full of stuff. " I dont have a bunk, This tree house is my bunk, I have somthing really cool. " I opened the trunk and there was a small little peramide shaped object. At the top of the object was a little string. I pulled it and in the sky left thousands of colors and shineing stars. " Its beautiful isnt it? " I said. " Its always lonely up hear, no one ever comes up. You guys can come up hear anytime you want, by the way I am Mary daughter of Psyche. you guys dont make it lonley anymore " I smiled at the sight of all of my new friends. The best part of beeing up hear is watching the sunset every night, It is amazing. " look the sun is about to go down. " I said. The sunset was a bright orange and rays of yellow swarmed around it. I climbed onto a branch and watched it. " I have always trying to make this house better, becuase it is always amazing, plus there are no legos. I try to make friends but I cant talk to pepole that well... " do you guys want to see a movie? " I tossed the remote into the tree house. " the stars are also a fun part of being hear, they seem to shimmer when I am up hear, By the way you must have sumbled apon this tree house for a reson, no one has ever been able to find it exept for Alma and I. " I start to swing on the branches. " Weeeeeee!! " I said exited.

Re: tree house
Lillian shifted her head, slightly; she acknowledged the new person, who had just entered. She didn't greet the boy, though. She turned back to the Flatscreen TV; it was impressive. There was little technology, in this camp--it was irritating, the fact that phones weren't allowed. Lillian didn't care for that rule; she could handle monsters, perfectly. She removed her legs, from beneath her and gazed at the TV. She heard Mary speak, saying, "I want to show you guys, something." She slid, off the couch, and followed Mary. This better be good. I wanted to watch something, on that flatscreen, she thought. She strode, through the door.
Lillian clambered, up the vine. She watched Mary, pull the string of the object. The sky blazed, with millions of colors; billions of tiny, shining stars dotted the sky. "Wow . . . That's beautiful," she breathed; she swung her legs, gazing at the colorful sky. Finally, the colors and stars faded, to reveal a sight, equally lovely--the sunset. The brilliant, orange light was flecked with yellow. This is almost better, than the flatscreen . . . She leaned back, watching Mary swing from the branches. She felt tempted to join her; but, didn't want to appear childish. Ah, what the heck. She gripped the branch, above her and gritted her teeth. Hopefully, she wouldn't lose her grip and fall. She started to swing, from the branches, like Mary. "Gosh, this is fun," she said, starting to laugh. She didn't feel scared--not that much. She gripped a sturdy branch, swaying back and forth.
((Who votes she should fall?))

Re: tree house
Seems Alex would end up rubbing at his temples after all, as the younger girl was quickly giving him a headache with how much and how fast she spoke. she clearly had a far more severe case of ADHD than most demi-gods. And it helped him decide to focus more on the older girls, much as he felt out of place among them. He really had no reason to stay, but then he had no particular reason to leave either. Did this count as a cabin? Would the cleaning harpies be after them if they didn't get back before the sun set? Not that he could sleep before the sun set anyways.. Bah. He'd only come up here curious about what was cooking, evidently hot-dogs on the grill. Actually, that probably would attract the harpies.. but he wasn't about to say anything and look stupid for it. Guessing he might as well play along for a little while, he followed the girls up the vine, though he kept his distance for the most part. The 'blazing sky' was nice and all, but Alex figured it was some sort of illusion. His father was the only one who could light up the sky like that during the day. Not that he was defending him or anything.
They're both gonna fall and break their necks.. He silently chided the two swinging girls, only half glancing in their direction, mostly watching the sunset for the most part. Of course, as soon as the sun disappeared from the sky he'd start feeling a bit tired. It never failed. He'd be far from ready for bed, but he couldn't stay up late. Or wouldn't, was the better word. Alex strongly preferred going to bed early, since it was impossible for him to sleep in. Unless perhaps there were a solar eclipse. That'd be nice. "So.. how exactly did two girls smuggle all this stuff into camp?"
(I do! :P)

Re: tree house
Danielle glanced at Mary. "Okay, sure." She followed them to the top. As Mary got everything ready, she didn't really pay much attention. She was too busy chomping on some more popcorn. After Mary finished, she looked up. "Wow. That's amazing!" She exclaimed, gazing at the sun. Being a daughter of Thanatos, god of the dead, she was surprised with herself; all of her siblings were goth or something weird like that. She was a bit Tomboy-ish, she had to admit, but still stood out from the rest of her brothers and sisters. I bet they wouldn't enjoy this. She shook her head a bit slowly. When Mary and Lillian began to swing on the branches, she was tempted to join them. She voted against it, however, as she was afraid of heights. She continued to watch the sunset, sighing as it went down. She got up and stretched. She watched the two again, tempted to swing. "Ah, what the heck." She jumped down and hung from a branch. She immediately regretted it. She began to sweat rapidly, heart beating fast. I can't do this. She tried to pull herself up, but her muscles tightened. Her breath began to deepen, panic filling her up. She swung her legs, trying to keep her panic in. It's okay. It's okay. She repeated, breathing normally again. She glanced up at Alex. "Uh, don't ask me. I didn't build it. She did." Since she could not use her arms at the moment, she flicked her head in Mary's direction.

Re: tree house
" Danielle, dont work so hard, have fun! " I said. I swanged on the trees branches . I loved this, so much! I got to the top of the tree, you could see everything. But then my hand sliped, i fell. I tryed to grab a branch but I couldnt do it. I fell from the tree. I had an idea. I grabbed my white and blue braselt made of rope, untied it , and threw it over a branch of a tree. I started to laugh. " I am ok guys! no even scrached, no that much that is but I am mainly ok! " I climbed the tree until I got back to the awesomest tree house that was ever belt by a demigod that wasnt a daughter or son of Hefestus. I see the other guys looking at me. " I am ok guys, Ha ha, ok. " I entered the tree house, best night ever. I think I made some real friends. I looked at my arm, I wasnt really ok, I just didnt want the older kids to worrie about me. I pulled my sleeve down do you couldnt see the big scrape on my arm. Want to sleep over tonight guys? no one else ever comes up hear. " I glansed in Alex`s durection he probily did NOT want to stay over. but it wouldnt be nice if i didnt invite him. " wait!!! " I said. I looked at the top of the tree house. " Lillian is still up there! " I ran p the vine and on to the top of the tree house. and I saw Lillian, she was swinging back and forth but it looed as if her hands were getting sweaty, I couldnt make it up there in time. Lillian was going to fall. I tryed to make it up there but as soon as I got there she fell.

Re: tree house
Lillian froze, midswing. She was staring at the ground, transfixed by it. She started to feel frightened; however, she would die, before she admitted it--she had a phobia of heights. She gritted her teeth, trying to raise her head. She was sure, the others had left; she was glad they had, too. She tried to look away, at the branches and leaves. However, she couldn't; her hands started to grow slippery, from sweat. "I won't fall . . . I won't fall . . ." she recited, under her breath. Her words failed to convince herself.

Re: tree house
Candi didn't want to admit it; but, she was lost. Aimlessly, she wandered through the forest. 'I hate this stupid forest!' she shouted, angrily. 'Why does it have to be so [CENSORED] big?' Sure - some dryads and other spirits, of nature, would hate her. But, she didn't care; she wanted to get out of this dumb forest.
Out of the corner of her eye, she glimpsed a ladder. A ladder? It probably leads to a treehouse, she thought. She couldn't make out the treehouse - it was hidden by the thick canopy of leaves. She sighed and clambered, up the ladder. 'I hope this isn't a death trap,' she muttered, although that was unlikely.
Unsurprisingly, the ladder didn't lead into a death trap. It lead into a hatch; the hatch, in turn, lead into a pleasant-looking treehouse. It was furnished nicely, with a flatscreen TV hanging from the ceiling. 'Impressive,' Candi said; she picked up the remote and looked for Animal Planet[; she hoped Too Cute was on. Yes, it was. Candi collapsed onto a purple bean-bag and started to watch the show, awwing every now and then. She didn't know if anybody else was in here, and she didn't care. Her bad mood vanished as she watched the show. She placed her feet on a little table in front of the bean-bag, with one leg over another. She rested her head on her arms. This treehouse was close to perfection, in her opinion - nice furniture, a flatscreen TV and a popcorn machine.
After a few minutes, Candi left.
