Lan had a fun day ahead of him. He had it all planned out since three nights ago. He would've had done all of this earlier on, but he ended up being busy all week. Now that it was the weekend the boy had time to carry out his plans. The boy had already gone canoeing with Gunner and goofed around with bows and arrows, possibly even a flamed bolt crossbow with Steven. That was to never be spoken of again though. Now the guy was alone and needed some time to himself. He wanted to collect his thoughts and hopefully have some fun as well.

Lan arrived at the climbing wall with no gear whatsoever. Not that he didn't personally own any, he was just going to fool around on the wall. He didn't want to damage any of his equipment, so he was going to simply use the camp's equipment. They had plenty of items to use compared to the single pack, which was more expensive as well. Better off the camp's then his.

The son of Aiolos walks into the small wooden shed that housed all of the equipment he would need to climb. The camp didn't allow anything that would secure people to the wall though. That would water the fun down. If you slipped on the wall you would simply die. The camp did offer climbing shoes, gloves, and chalk. All Lan wanted was a pair of shoes though. He wanted to feel the adrenaline pump in his body if he was to slip or something of the sorts. Sure, the boy was a bit reckless, but it was all in fun. The boy lived to have a good time, not to live a dull and boring life. Why not live life to the fullest? Why just waste it by sitting around saying "Maybe tomorrow"?

As soon as he slipped off his orange Vans and pulled on a pair of climbing shoes, size ten, the boy makes his way over to the wall. Well, here goes everything. The boy was going to put his life at stake and he knew it. That was living life to the fullest. Lan goes over to the hardest level wall. This was going to fun. The son of Aiolos puts his Caucasian right hand on one rock and his left on another one, slightly higher on the wall. The rock wall didn't implement the plastic rocks that most rock gyms used. It was a rock wall, not a plastic wall. The rocks were real, just like how the lava and water that spewed out of cracks in the wall were as well. The boy pulls his body up, his feet landing on a small platform that allowed him to get the correct footing to get started. With a look of determination splattered on his face, the boy starts to pull himself up, grabbing a new pair of rocks to bolt him to the wall. He wasn't very far up the wall and he was already sweating. It was quite hot out, and, for once, Lan was wearing a pair of brown cargo shorts and a blue and green striped shirt, zig-zag style.

This was going to be fun.

Kathrianne was already here, and staring up at the wall in concentration. She felt its blazing heat even from standing a few heat away. It was penetrating her cool aura that she always had summoned on her, since it didn't require much energy to make the air around her much colder to suit her style. Often during the summer it came handy since she didn't sweat as much, but it was much more suspicious to humans when they stood next to her. The dark-haired girl put her hair up in a firm bun, not wanting any of her long hair to be burned. She smiled at herself, remembering when she was sporting a fohawk with a bandana when she was younger, after a girl had cut her hair off in a fight. The girl was a cheater to do that, but Kathrianne was sent to go kill her...and the girl did die. She got her pay, and she was quite happy with its amount.

Kathrianne, put her hands on her hips. She bit her lip, her topaz eyes scanning from top to bottom. Some boy was already up on it, not even bothering to really check it out. She put off her black Converse, backing away to where they offered the climbing shoes. She selected a size eight, and yanked them on. She left her Converse on the green grass, not caring what could possibly happen to them. Kathrianne had on a white tank that was quite tight on her, and blue shorts that started off as jeans. The shorts covered her upper tanned thigh. She prided herself for cutting her jeans so expertly into shorts, that they didn't show too much, but she certainly disliked the tank exposing more than she wants to. Even with her cool aura covering her, she still was quite hot in a long sleeved shirt that covered her arms. There were several scars on her arms, but they were quite old. Some were from her time in France, at the farm, where she scratched herself with leaning onto a wall, where there was a nail jutting out. Luckily, it hadn't dug in too deep, but it was a nasty cut.

Pursing her lips, she started her way up the wall, making sure to double check if there was any lava. Her forehead shined with sweat, which was rare to see her, so sweaty and hot from this exercise. Her muscles bulged, and she felt herself tiring already. She wished she had worked more on her upper body strength, even if she does train regularly with her battleaxe.

Lan was having a great time. The exhilirating thrill of almost dying appeased him very much. Sweat dripped off the boy's forehead; not from exerting his strength to climb the wall, but from the lava that flowed throughout the wall, heating it up. This was what it was all about though. The boy could just summon cool air to rush around him and chill him down, but where was the fun in that? That was cheating in his book.

The son of Aiolos had made it about a fourth up the wall when a torrent of piping hot water rushed towards him from a crack above his head. The boy's survival instincts kicked in and he immediately conjured arctic air to cloak around him. By the time the water reached him it was chilled and you would never guess that just a few seconds ago it could have melted flesh off one's body. The water drenched the boy and he grips the footholds embedded in the wall as tightly as he could. He wasn't going to fall off this early on. He had to hang on tight.

Hang on tight he did. After a few seconds the gravity's job was finished and the water was splayed on the ground, wetting the wooden planks that surrounded the wall. If someone slipped on it, Lan would kill himself if he didn't catch it. It would be great to watch. Unless the person got hurt. Then Lan would feel terrible. He loved jokes and things of the kind, but not hurtful ones. Those were just cruel.

Once the water was gone, Lan starts making his way up the wall once more. His limbs tightening as the boy used them to propel himself upwards. He was having issues keeping his grip thanks to the now slippery rocks. It didn't help that his clothes and brown hair were cemented to his lightly tanned Caucasian skin. It just made everything a bit more challenging. A smile appears on the boy's face as he exerts his body and starts to ascend his way up the wall once more.

Kathrianne with her free hand swept the sweat off her forehead, feeling its ickyness on her hand. She snorted, before continuing her steady journey up this hell wall. The wall had its supply of tricks, the lava nearly getting to her once, burning her white tank a bit. It gave her a sense or adrealine, which made her legs feel like gelatin, before she had a hold of herself.

The girl sighed, as she managed to find a secure hold on a rock, pulling herself up. Her muscles screamed as she did so. She hated this heat, she thought miserably to herself, as the coolness of her air disappeared. She wasn't able to concentrate much while conjuring it, so she let go off her defense. She saw the boy on top, where she merely glanced, make some cool air surround himself as soon as a blast of water exploded at him. She scrunched up her brow, wondering what was up with the water. Also, who was that kid? He certainly wasn't a Chione kid, since she's never see him around. Unless he was new. Eh. What did she care? She preferred to keep to herself, not with other people.

She preferred her own company, since she found herself amusing, and no one else. Apparently she had too big of an ego, according to some. She was quite humble in her own opinion, after all, she doesn't go around saying how beautiful she was. Kathrianne simply knew she had beauty, and she stated it. Just because she had a good dose of self-esteem didn't make her grow an ego. She shouldn't be going around weeping about how she looked. It's not like she can change herself or anything, as the girl thought to herself, before struggling up where the boy just was, with the hot water. Knowing she'll be sprayed, she simply dodged it by grabbing onto another threshold pulling herself quickly to the side, watching the hot water trickle down. This was easy, since the boy up over her was going through all the tricks while all she had to do was spectate them and learn where she can grab onto. It may be counted as cheating, but she wasn't going to go and try beat him simply he was on the wall first and she had a competitive spirit.

It was hard though, to hold onto the wall while trying to glance up. Plus her muscles ached each time she tried to stay in place. In her opinion, it hurt less when she was up and moving since she was concentrating surviving this rather then staying in the same position.

Lan had once more began his journey to the top of the wall. Gods, he was barely thirty-five feet or so off of the ground and his arms felt like they were going to implode. That or just simply snap. Adrenanline was rushing through the boy's body, fueling him, and sort of making him smell a bit from persperation. Oh well, no one was around to smell him. Lan though this, but then he heard a feminine voice grunt below him. There must have been another camper trying out the wall. Lan grins to himself as he stops to look down. Sure enough, there was a girl making her way up he wall. The boy could finally have some fun.

Fun was a part of Lan. If there was no such thing as having a good time, then Lan wouldn't exist. The boy lived to joke around with people and to see them smile. Typically children of Aiolos were harsh and cold, but not Lan. He was the total opposite of that.

It wasn't long before something snapped together in Lan's head. The girl. She was basically cheating! He had looked down a few more times and noticed that she had been copying the boy's moves. Another thing was that he was going through activating all the traps and she was just breezing through them, knowing what to expect. Lan had to think of something to teach this girl a lesson.

There were six sides on the rock wall, each one a different difficulty. Currently, Lan was on the hardest and next to him was the second hardest and the easiest. An idea pops into he boy's head. It would be har and possibly get him killed. Oh well. It would teach this girl not to try to cheat. Cheaters suck. They take the fun out of everything. Lan holds on to the rock grips with his hands as he starts swinging his body from left to right, building up momentum. The boy was about to make the leap to the other side of the wall when his grip slipped on the wet rock. Down he went.

Lan was free falling . . . well, for like a second. After that second, his body crashed into the girl that was below him. Well this didn't work as planned. The boy slams into the girl, and by instinct, he grabs onto her. Luckily for him, he didn't grab any area that would get him murdered.

'Please don't let go!' the boy yells as he wraps his arms around the girl's waist.

Kathrianne smirked to herself, each time she copied his moves. She didn't really care that she was copying him, she was just here for the view, as soon as she came back up. The boy suddenly made a leap, and it went horribly wrong. He fell down, and how dare he! He grabbed onto her. What? He didn't want to die alone? If she died there and then she swore to herself she'll make life for him in the Underworld hell. Hell in hell, the thought was funny in her head. She couldn't help but let out a laugh, which made her simply look crazy. Oh, how she amused herself, she thought to herself in that split second. He seemed not that concerned, as he grabbed onto her, pressing himself closer to her. She stiffened, not enjoying this contact at all, as he kept holding onto her, her bun flopping in the air.
She shut her eyes, not wanting to die like this, to a boy like this. How dare he! She felt anger shoot up her stomach, as she knew she wasn't able to do anything, while he was holding onto her. First hysteria and now anger came. I present you, Kathrianne Vander.

Lan could tell the girl wanted to kill him at the moment. Just from the way she laughed manically he could hear tinges of sarcasm and hatred. Lan wasn't exactly scared, more exhilarated. Adrenaline was now heavily pumping through him, despite the fact that he could take two lives at once in a mere moment. Just one action could kill two people. What a horrid thought.

"Hang on tight. Don't let go no matter what," the boy tells her, even though it was quite obvious that she most likely planned on doing just that. Lan then moves his feet around in the air, searching for any foot holds. Only once did he accidentally kick the girl.

"What a great way to bond!" he announces as he kicks her accidentally again. The boy then does something quite unexpected. His feet prop up against the wall and he launches himself off of the wall, still holding onto the girl, which, in turn, brought her with him. Right before they were about to splatter on the ground like a bug on a windshield, the boy summons a large gust of wind to push them to the side so they landed in a roll. The two make contacts with the ground and Lan let's go of the girl. He rolls on for a while on the slippery wooden planks, then sits up.

"Well that was fun!" the boy says, giving the girl an energetic grin.

Kathrianne had a feeling after kicking her once, he was doing it on purpose. She didn't even scream, she just felt fear within her. He seemed quite calm, as he manipulated the air somehow to land them safely. She saw what he tried to execute, and she perfectly did it fine. She rolled, rather roughly, her shoulder hitting a soda can that was left littered on the ground. She winced, standing up, looking at the now crumped plastic soda can. Thank god it wasn't glass, as she placed her hands above her head, clasping her hands, and stretching them from right to left,to get rid of any aches she still had.

"Why the hell did you bring me down with you?" She glared at him, angrily asking him. "*ucker, you could have gotten me killed along with you, you idiot," she swore at him angrily, not even bothering to say thanks for saving her life or whatever.

The tanned black-haired girl, loosened her bun, making her hair swoop down not very gracefully, before turning away her body slightly, giving off hostility in her body sign language. She crossed her arms, and looked quite upset with him. Thank gods she didn't have her battle axe in its true form, or else she would have chopped off his head already.

The temperature plummeted down, far too cold for her usual, as she stood only a foot away from the boy who nearly killed her/saved her life. She wasn't even sure on how to react, but she hid behind her usual hostile shield. Kathrianne's topaz eyes flickered to a gold color, as it was obvious she had just used her powers to make the temperature cooler. Her eyes were always gold when she was using her powers, as the sweat off her brow immediately evaporated. She certainly was different than this preppy boy, she snidely thought to herself. Unlike him, she valued her life.

Lan shakes his head vigorously to recollect his mind. His clothes were plastered to his body, making him feel a bit awkward in front of the girl. Oh well. Deep, unsweetened coffee hair cemented to his scalp broke free as he shook his head. The boy flaps his shirt up and down to help dry it as he rises up to his feet.

Lan didn't understand this girl. Why didn't she see the fun in anything? If she took it the right way, she should be laughing at the moment and saying 'Again! Again!' She clearly was not saying the phrase though. This girl was obviously a killer and not a fun-lover. What a shame. Lan had other tricks up his sleeve that he would show her. He commands the wind to lift him slightly above the ground and he circles around the girl, clearly having fun spinning around and around.

'Come on. It wasn't so bad. Lighten up, huh? Most people would find it quite exhilarating to experience what you just did. Learn to have fun! I took you down with me so that you would have a good time, not throw around icy words and hate.'

Lan could tell the girl was using a power to chill the air around her. It didn't bother the boy though. His father was the god of arctic air! Cold had bo effect over him, more like a loving embrace. Well, not the cold from this girl. Definitely not loving.

"Come on. It wasn't so bad. Lighten up, huh? Most people would find it quite exhilarating to experience what you just did. Learn to have fun! I took you down with me so that you would have a good time, not throw around icy words and hate."

Kathrianne gritted her teeth as what he said echoed in her mind. She shook her head, rolling her eyes. "Forget it. I hope you realize next time some people don't want to have their privacy to be violated, such as being held too close," she said frostily, spinning on her heel. She cursed under her breath, forgetting where she had again put her shoes.

She felt a little bit ridiculous huffing at the brown-haired boy trying to figure out where she placed her shoes again. She spotted two black shapes, and she dove over to fetch them. She yanked on her Converse shoes, trying her best not to take all the time in the world to loosen her shoes at ties and then finally slipping her foot in and tightening them. Her Converse were quite ratty and worn-out but she hadn't bothered to get any new ones lately since they were quite expensive. She preferred Converse to Jordans at least. Jordans were ugly and way too bulky, she often thought to herself.

She doesn't summon her chilly aura to intimidate people, she only did it to stay cool and look relaxed. Sadly, she wasn't able to use it as much in combat, since it was hard to focus on keeping the air chilly while not having her head cut off. She mentally adjusted her temperature, for she felt she had it way too cold in the beginning. Not like she wouldn't mind, but it'd mentally drain her well-being for the rest of her day, and she didn't really want to be in a snappy mood. Tucking a strand of her jet-black hair behind her ear, the tan girl stood up a bit taller.

"You're really annoying spinning around," she finally said, after taking a second to glance at him.

Lan was having fun flying around the girl in circles. It was annoying her though, and once she said something about it the boy immediately stopped. He couldn't figure out why the girl was being so harsh. Was it something Lan had done? Well, besides make her fall off the wall with him and grabbing her. The boy didn't really like to make people sad. He wanted to show people how to have a good time. The boy makes his way over to where his own shoes were. He sits down and slips them over his still-damp feet. He had other pairs of shoes incase these ones got all smelly from being inhabitated by wet feet. Oh well...

After he slides his shoes on, Lan makes his way back over to the girl. He wanted to find out what was wrong with her. Well, if there even was. Maybe she was just a naturally grumpy person. If that was the case, Lan would try to make her happy. He liked seeing people be happy. The boy wasn't floating anymore, just plainly standing there. He didn't want to tick her off even more.

'Oh come on! You're saying that you didn't get the thrill of a near death experience when that just happened? I didn't exactly try to grab you, but my instincts sort of forced me to grip the closet thing, which in this case happened to be your stomach. Anyways, are you ok from the fall?'

The boy kept an energetic grin on his face, as if he was waiting for something exciting to happen. He would probably end up getting slapped knowing his luck with girls. Everything was a joke for him, which was good and bad. Mainly because sometimes he went too far. He did know how to bring a smile to one's face though. His tactics haven't worked on this girl yet though. He would keep trying though.

Kathrianne looked up, her brows slanted upwards in surprise that he was still talking to her. By this point, usually people huffed and stalked away after she insulted them. She simply rotated her shoulder backwards, making sure it didn't hurt too much.

Kat then, put her fingers through her hair, making sure it wasn't too tangled. The girl pursed her lips, giving a disapproving look at Lan. She looked absolutely displeased with the world, a sour expression always on her pretty face. If only she smiled, she'd look like summer, for she was the very image of summer. She was tanned, and had full lips, with gold liquid eyes. Funny thing is, she's the daughter of Chione.

"No, I didn't get the thrill of nearly dying," she answered simply, her anger festering at the boy. Can't he just shut up? Doesn't he see that he's an annoying newbie at this camp? Enjoying death! Pah! As if! She knew she'd probably go to the worst place in hell, for being such a bad person, but she didn't give a rat's butt during her teenage years. "You just had to grab me even if you can fly." She mimicked his voice, her anger even rising up more. Her cheeks became slightly red, as her eyes blazed with venom.

A single shard appeared in her hand, made of ice. She didn't even notice its coolness, as finally her anger uncoiled and appeared in a blast. With fury, she threw her ice shard at the boy, showing him how "fun" it is to nearly die.

Well, it's certainly time to teach him a lesson when crossing with Kathrianne Vander daughter of Chione.

Lan was not taking any of this seriously. How was coming close to dying not fun? It made you appreciate the fact that you are alive. He had tried to show that, but his attempt was futile. The boy had started to float again, draining some of his power. It wasn't too bad though. Lan had quite a large 'pool' of energy to put to use. He had been in tough training ever since he was brought back to life. He was taught battle strategy and how to fight by Gunner, then given medical lessons by Steven. The boy was like Mario or Luigi in Mario Tennis on the Nintendo 64: All-Rounder.

Lan gives off a little laugh as the girl's face is lit up in hatred. This girl needed to have some fun, so she would probably have it as long as Lan played along and fought her back. It was a crummy idea, but not to the boy at the moment. He quickly twirls around behind her and pokes her in the back as she threw an icicle at where he was standing a just few seconds ago. Lan then swirls back around to face her, a grin plastered on his pale face. These two appeared to be polar opposites. The girl had a deep tan, black hair, and a crummy personality. Lan had a very light tan, brown hair, and a very energetic and joyful attitude. Very rarely did the boy get angry at people. Only when it was needed would he let his rage fly. The boy was a nightmare when he reached that point. His father was still the cold and cruel god of arctic airs. He was strong, fast, and smart. A terrible foe to face. Lan wasn't getting bothered by this girl though. This was fun if anything.

Lan circles around the girl once more and sets himself back on the ground. He walks up to her and faces her with his steely-blue eyes.

'Do you find it fun to fight? If so, I can put up a fight. Just tell me and I'll retaliate.'

The scary thing was that the boy was completely serious. He loved to make people happy. In this case, this girl seemed to like to fight, so if she gave him the ok, he would fight back. Simple as that.

Kathrianne suspiciously stared at him. "Are you retarded?" She finally asked, rather bluntly. Now, she was being serious, as she continued to stare at him in shock. This definately caught her off-guard, since she was always so serious. This guy...he literally wanted her to fight him? She snorted at the thought, shaking her head mentally. Jesus, this guy was a idiot.

She eyed him as he continued to fly, which greatly irritated her. It reminded her of Adventure Time in a way, where the vampire guy circled Fionna. Urgh. She enjoyed fighting, and enjoyed blood. She was a sadist, and she knew it. She loved causing pain, but she didn't enjoy pain herself.

She knew she was in a way a crazy monster, that had been let loose. Her bloodlust often got in her way, as she eyed her freshmeat. She licked her lips, chapping them. Maybe she should fight him...give him a few cuts...a few scars to remember her by. She dug her sneaker toe into the grass, trying to figure out what she should say next. Instead, she decided to remain quiet and see how the boy will react to her question. Her lip curled upwards, into a ferocious and malicious grin, that only insanity possessed. Because of Spencer, he had prevented her from cutting before...but now an offering to fight? Why, it'd be quite unusual for two children of the cold to fight. She was already swaying, in her head. Spencer had forced her into this shallow killer, no more excitement to cover up the body, no more figuring out how they lived...Well, she did stoop down, but she didn't care. Bloodlust overcome her, her eyes shining.

"You know what? Let's fight," she said, making sure not to let out a vicious giggle escape her. She wasn't crazy...she was only driven by blood.

Lan lets out a laugh that might suggest that what Katherianne asked could be true. The boy was odd, but did not have anything wrong with himself mentally. The boy didn't take it as the insult it was. Rather he just laughed it off. He swirls around the girl once again, snapping his fingers. Dammit. He really needed to keep his staff on him at all times. He could only fly without it, nothing else. Almost all of his powers came from his staff, not him. Damn staff, it held the ability to be able to be summoned, but didn't work half the time. The boy starts snapping again, this time a bit angrily. Finally after a few more seconds the staff materializes out of water particles in the air and into the boy's hand. Took it long enough.

'Damn weapon, takes forever to summon. Anyways, let's fight!' the boy proclaims, now standing in front of the girl, with his staff held in his right hand. He was ready. Slightly crazy, but ready. Just to make the fight a bit more difficult on the girl, the boy rockets up to the top of the climbing wall and sits down. He looks down at her and smiles. This was going to get heated in an icy way, fast.

'You're gonna either have to have good aim for fast feet to get me!' Lab shouts, his voice full of excitement and happiness. This was great to him. The girl would most likely quit now and leave. It was a bad move on Lan's part. Feeling a bit like a jerk, the boy jumps off the wall and gracefully lands back on the ground in front of the girl. He then nods at her, waiting for her to make the first move.

Kathrianne blinked slowly, having a hard time to react to any of this. The boy's laugh was infectious, but she show a single sign of laughter. Her mind was simply calculating on how to get him. He seemed the type to often dodge, and wait it out until she tired. She was often on offensive and aggressive, but it seemed he'd only go defense. Irritated, she gave another sigh, as she turned around, to clear her mind away. She wasn't backing down, she was simply puzzling him, as she made no sign of fighting. She heard him chatter something, but she didn't give any thought to it. She didn't care what he was saying, was it either a taunt or not, she was lost in her world.

Her face lit up in a smile, as she realized she never had exposed her daggers to the boy. They were hidden all over her body, taking on different shapes such as the bracelets that circled around her wrist, and the two straps that were on her bulging muscles in her arms. She ran her tongue across her teeth. "Alright," she said, she heard a crunch behind her, and lightning fast, she turned around, whilst activating her battleaxe and with the flat of it, she aimed for his shoulder. She didn't want to kill him, and leave him too deep of a wound, since she'd find it too unfair to injure him beyond that point. Just a few scratches, but not yet.

She felt pity that she wasn't trying her best, since all she did was just try and catch him off-guard as he made a move on the ground. Her hearing was quite excellent, since she didn't spoil it by listening to ungodly loud music, and she trained with others more than a few times blindly fighting. She spent most of her time training, but not to the extent where she did suicidal things...well...not really.

Ross, Danielle, and Rihanna walked into the climbing wall, all glancing at each other at the same exact time.
"Well, that's a bit strange....." Rihanna whispered under her breath, continuing towards the wall. Danielle and Ross glanced at each other, both shrugging. They danced over to the wall as well, and became to climb. Danielle, not being a very good athlete, immediately fell off, landing straight on her butt. She yelp in pain, but looked up ahead. Besides Ross and Rihanna, their were 2 other people. She usually didn't see this many people climbing on the wall at the same time..... this might not end well. She got a strange feeling in her gut, but it quickly went away. She shook her head once or twice, then continued to climb. Ross grinned as he dodged a flaming ball of lava. It had slightly touched him, but he didn't feel a thing. He loved being fire-resistant. He quickly looked down to look at the other's people progress, and was surprised to see the one of the girls, who didn't look too athletic was right behind him. She was moving really fast, too fast for any normal human to achieve. She quickly went above him, sticking her tongue out. Ross got a bit angry, but continued his way up the steep rock. Rihanna was very competitive, and enjoyed watching the other girl continue to fall. "Stupid girl." She laughed heartily, and continued to skim up the rock.

Lan had started to circle around her again. He was mainly doing just to annoy the girl now. It was funny to see her so ticked over such a small matter. He didn't exactly expect the girl to be doing anything as she fiddled with a bracelet on her wrist. Boy was he wrong. Suddenly and seemingly out of a nowhere the blunt end of a battle axe is being thrust towards the boy. Years of Gunner's training had made him much more faster and better reflexes. The boy quickly ducks low then rolls out of the way in case the girl was to suddenly swing the axe downwards. This might actually be a tough fight.

Lan couldn't really use his staff. It was magical staff, a 'wand', not a sword. The boy would have to be careful how he used it as well, for he could only use it so many times before it became worthless. Lan quickly hops up to his feet and launches himself into the air. He holds his staff like a lacrosse stick and slings a large sphere of ice in Katherianne's direction. It took most of his staff's powers to do such a feat, but it was worth it. The size of it was about the size of two bowling balls put together and was sailing at an incredible speed towards the girl. That'll teach her. She shouldn't had even said 'yes'. That one word made her life become hell, well, in Lan's head it did. He was a formidable foe and would not give up. The girl had given the word to fight, so Lan was not going to stop. He didn't care if he killed the girl. He got permission to fight, he was going to exploit that fact as much as he could. The boy was not afraid to kill. He was trained in the art of fighting; he wasn't going to let that go to waste.

ooc; crummy post to combat it.

Kathrianne automatically rolled to her side, narrowly missing the ice. She felt the coolness of it, as it was an inch away, which it actually was. It hit the tip of her toe, and it'll certainly leave a bruise now, she thought to herself

He had good instincts, but she had felt the ice shoot out already. She bit her lip, causing a metallic taste enter her mouth. Blood. When she rolled, she jumped up to her feet quickly, not bothered by the dust that caused a burn from the ground on her shoulder. Kat's long black hair moved like a smooth snake, following her, as she performed this stunt.
This time she stood there, waiting for his next attack, a smile forming on her lips. "That is all you can do?" She asked, tauntingly. "Throw a ice ball?" Her voice was filled with amusement. Actually, she was quite impressed but she had to act obnoxious and try to get the boy even angrier, to use up his energy. She had tons of energy to use for her powers, she thought to herself. Even if she just climbed the wall, she felt like she was on a sugar rush.

Her free hand was at her waist, just waiting for him to make his next attack. She had two options, and she waited to see which she sgould use. The area around her arm was getting increasingly colder, so that'll she be able to summon her power faster if he did go use his powers again.

Ooc: sorry for bad post yet again. I did it on my nook tablet. Plus i had an idea that at the end both they should be left weaponless/barely any power left in where they do hand to hand combat? Just thinking since i think itd be a challenge to do. And then kat is near the wall and ian throws one last iceball she dodges and wall collapses :l or somethin like that

Lan was not an idiot. He knew what the girl was doing. He was smarter than that though. Battle strategy was something he excelled in. She wanted him to waste all of his energy on his powers. He wasn't going to do that though. The boy was serious now. He had done this as a joke at first, but this girl was totally serious. She wanted to fight. She wanted to kill, well, from his point of view. Lan quickly swoops back down to the ground and lands on the balls of his feet. The boy had a plan. He knew how he was going to exploit Kathrianne and get her to use all of her powers up. Then things could get interesting.

Lan quickly flings himself behind the girl, poking her in the back.

'Let's play a game of duck hunt,' the boy says, his head leaned in towards the girl's ear. He quickly zooms backwards and launches himself into the air and on top of the tower. Hopefully the girl would relentlessly try to hit him, draining her energy. Then Lan would strike. Little did he know was that the girl was thinking the same exact thing about him.

    ooc; i like that idea.

Kathrianne sighed, realizing now they had the same idea. As a response, she sat laid down on the grass, decided to wait till Lan comes down. She wasn't an idiot, since they had both the same strategy. She decided if he comes down, she'll roll and jump up. It didn't require much time, and at least she'll be able to rest.

The black haired girl had her axe in hand, waiting, her eyes glittering. She wasn't eager to go up the wall again, after all, she had nearly died on it. All he had to do was fly up, and she felt a pang of jealousy. Why couldn't she fly? Oh yeah, she was the daughter of boring old Chione. Well, at least her mother would be proud with the amount of enemies she had killed.

"Come down, little boy," she said, in a singsong voice. "Or you'll be waiting all day for me," she giggled.

OOC: I'll make a rather large post next, I just didn't feel like going to the extent since Kathrianne was just gonna do that.

Lan neither smiled nor laughed at the girl calling to him. He wasn't going to fall for her tricks. Instead, he was going to take advantage of the girl acting helpless. She thought he was going to go to the ground to attack her, not using any magic. The boy swings his legs over the wall to bring attention to them. While doing that, he swipes with his left arm, which was holding the staff, and sent a spear of ice soaring towards the girl. Ha, how would she react to that? Hopefully the boy would badly hurt her. Then he could laugh as he watched her in pain. This, this was the unnatural side of Lan.

Lan wasn't normally like this at all. Something about the girl just triggered anger inside of the boy. There was just something electric in the air between them, and it wasn't a love electric. It was hatred. Maybe jealousy? Maybe Lan was just jealous of the fact that the girl was quite smart and was strong, and fast, and strong again. He wasn't used to fighting strong people. He was used to a one-hit-and-they're-knocked-out type of person. Lan actually had to think of how he was going to defeat this girl, and he didn't like that fact.

Ross studied the two fighter below him, as did Danielle and Rihanna. Danielle, being very protective of people, even if she did not know them, ran towards the girl. "What's wrong?" She hissed at her, jerking her head off to the side. She gulped as she saw a huge spike, made entirely of ice, come straight towards her. She quickly unsheathed her sword, the stygion iron blade glowing an eerie black. She swung at the spike, turning it into millions of little ice particles. Rihanna rolled her eyes, knowing not to jump in a fight randomly. Ross shook his head as well. "This isn't your fight girl!" He hissed at her, continuing to climb up the rock. Rihanna stood there for a split second, watching the three fight. She then giggled a bit, knowing that this wasn't going to end well.

    Boy, she had NO idea

Kat was ready to spring her ice shield, but someone else had blocked it for her. "What the hell are you doing?" She spat at the girl. "This isn't your fight," the girl coldly said, standing up. She was especially irritated now that someone else was getting involved. Can't people just learn to look away, she thought, with a spout of anger. She gripped onto her battleaxe's handle even harder, taking deep breaths. Once, she was assigned to a counselor, and she was told to try and keep herself calm when she got angry...she thought that was stupid. How do you stay calm when you get angry?

Taking advantage of the free time, she tied her hair up, not wanting it to get in her face as she fought. Her arm turned into regular temperature, as this girl would take any hits for her, as she inched behind her. The girl would block her from Lan's view, Kat knew. He'll be curious on what was going on, and he'll probably jump down. That's when she'll have her chance to strike him again, and push the girl out of the way.

"Seriously, why?" Kathrianne heard herself asking for the last time, as she looked up at the climbing wall, seeing the faint outline of Lan and his stupid wooden stick. He looked like he was laughing at her, and she didn't want this fight to take forever. She realized her desperation to kill something, someone. She glanced at the girl, but then decided against it. She wouldn't hurt an innocent. Well, the innocent got involved...but...she'd get into loads of trouble like previously. Anyways, there were too many witnesses, she finally decided. AND, she was in the middle of a fight. This would give Lan a free oppurtunity to attack her from behind. Anyways, he seemed to have the same intent on actually fighting, she thought to herself. She was just going fairly easy on him, when she tried to him him with the flat butt of her axe. This time, she'll fight without the restraints, since she was not in the mood to get herself killed by someone who was actually intending to cause her pain. How fun, she thought dryly to herself.

Danielle turned a shade of grey when she began to yell at him. She had just saved her life. What did she do wrong? "Fine! I don't want to help a little brat like you anyway!" She said, turning back towards the wall. She glanced upwards, and saw the faint outline of 3 figures; one being at the very top, and who was holding a stick, and the other 2 being slightly closer to her. Ross happened to glance down, at the same time, making eye contact with her. He quickly made his eyeballs go in the direction of the other boy. He was holding a staff, and was obviously some sort of wizard. Rihanna saw this oppurtunity, and kicked him right in the nose. Ross dangled off, falling towards a stream of lava. He luckily caught his grip, and regained control. He glared at Rihanna, tempted to burn her into a pile of ashes. "What the hell was that for?! He screamed, flames wrapped around his fist. He shot a little beam at the little bit of rock she was holding, burning her hand. She screamed, letting go of the rock. She fell down, catching onto Ross's leg. He screamed in pain as he heard a snap, and they both began to fall. They screamed as they plunged to their death, landing right on top of Danielle. Amazingly, they survived, but just barely. Ross got up, kicking Rihanna in the shin. "This is your fault!" He said, losing his temper for a short moment. Rihanna just smiled, flipping him over on his back. They began to fight, Danielle trying to be the mediator. She wasn't doing a very good job with it.
