Meathus's Bunk

I finally walked into cabin 9. It was everything I like: enginering, building, and so many more things. I picked the nearest empty bed, and sat my bags on it. I opened my bag and pulled out a bronze ball. I clicked a button, it then spluttered to life, shaping into my auotmaton cat, Razar.

I decided to leave for awhile.

I walked back in, "Ahhhhh." I sighed happily. Best day ever!, I thought. I patted my leg and poured some oil for Razar. I laid down on my bed for some sleep in a bed, not a canoe.

"Bye, Razar. Watch my bunk for me will you." I told my bronze automaton cat. I picked up my bronze picnic basket had my best clothes on, and smiled. I headed out the door, heading for the beach.

I walked into the cabin, followed by Kaitlyn. "This is my bunk" I pointed to one with a lump of bronze on it. It hissed. I sighed, "Razar, it's okay." I patted the bronze automaton cat on the head. I set the basket on my nightstand, then sat on my bed. I patted the spot next to me.

She smiled and set down her fish away from the cat. She sat next to him.

"This is Razar," I said, "He's harmless to people he likes, and I'm sure he'll like you." Razar came over and laid down on my lap.

She smiled. "He's cute!"

"Ya," I said as Razar nestled in my lap. I smiled, staring at Kaitlyn, then I realized I was, and stopped. I did, tough, put my arm around her, "Hmmm," I said, "no one in the cabin but you and me....and Razar."

She blushed. "What does that mean?"

"I don't know" I said. "It's just that on the beach there were other people, now, it's just us and a sleeping," I moved Razar aside, "cat."

She smiled. "What do you want to do?"

"I don't know, you decide this time." I smiled.

"Hmm...." She looked around the room.

I tried following her gaze, looking for what she was looking for.

"We'll we can build something?"

"Well, what do you want to build?" I asked.

"Hmm I'm not sure your the genius."

"Well," I blushed, "I'm not exatcly a genius."

"Ya you are!"

I blushed more, "Well, it's your idea, so you decide."

"Uhm... A necklace?"

I began going through some draws, grabbing pieces, and tools. "Details?" I asked.

"Uhm a heart... With a clock inside?"

I got to work. Fiddling with gears and the occasional chink of using tools. After 3 minutes, it was done. "Here." I put her new necklace on her.
