I can tell what she is actually thinking from her troubled look. I say, "You feel like you fail at everything camp related, don't you? It doesn't change a thing to me. You're still the one I love, right up until the end. And I can help you with archery. Just so you know, I am very patient with training. I figure that everyone has their own pace."

Jea at once brightened, hearing his words. He face was a mix of smiling, blushing, shyness, and loving all at once. "Well...I do. But thanks. Thanks a lot. And i'm hopeful with anyone teaching me, although the other counselors don't seem to be very patient. But I think you'll do great."
She looked down, then back up, trying not to be so shy. "I don't know. I always thought fighting should come natural to demigods. Or at least some instincts....not me. But i've wanted to try archery, so...who better to teach me than you!"

"Thanks!" She said for about the millionth time. Her dad had always taught her to be polite, and she really was just very thankful.

Jea watched the waiter take their plates and go. She really didn't care where they went now, she was fine going anywhere. She was just happy being on a date with Jay, talking. "Hmm...I don't know. You choose." Jea said, shrugging and smiling. She didn't know much of camp or the city, and even though Jay hadn't been here that long either, she trusted him and thought he would know someplace to go.

"Okay!" She replied. It would be nice, and peaceful, since it was basically night and most people probably wouldn't be around. Romantic, too.
She started to stand up, then remembered about the check lying on the table. Of course she forgot her purse, though, back at her cabin. "Um.." She said, uncertainly.
