A new friend

I wait for a while longer. then I started to wonder how much longer Kaylie would be

I stand up on the branch carefully balancing. I jump off the branch do a flip and land on my feet. Daisy comes running over to me barking with joy. I brush of my jeans and pat on Daisy on the head.

A little was back I here a dog barking. I get up and start walking toward the barking thinking that it might be Kaylie.

As I am patting Daisy on the head I hear footsteps and hold still. I wait for who or what ever is coming toward me.

I don't see Kaylie yet but I keep walking toward the barking.

I calm a little bit as the footsteps come closer. It's not like it's a monster. I sit down in the grass next to Daisy and keep petting her.

I see Kaylie and start running toward her. I say "I've missed you so much."

"hey" I say calmly. "What's up?" I say I stand up and brush off my jeans.

"The opposite of down!" I exclaimed while laughing like crazy.

She starts laughing like crazy and it startles me. "ya sure." I say unsurely

"what's the matter, you don't get that joke?" I say worried.

"No I do." I say quietly. I sit down and made a snowflake appear above my finger.

"Oh okay," I said as I sat down next to Kaylie. Penelope sat down in my lap.

I blow the snowflake over to her cat and it lands on her nose. "So whats new" I ask as I make another snowflake appear

"nothing," I say.

"Hows the party going?" I ask even though the though terriefed me

"Well," I said shyly, "I decided to ask you first."

"oh well I think I can manage a party maybe." I say. I mean I could try but I don't know if I can. "Wait don't you have to have permission?" I ask confused

"dido," I say with a shrug, "we should go ask Dionysus."

"Uh you should go ask him" I would never have the guts to ask him anything.

"Ok," I say "I will go right now."

" I'll come too." I say even though I don't like the idea I want to go to see if I have to get the gut up to go to a party. OOC: I'll post a new topic

"But I thought you didn't want to come," I sayconfused.

I said I wouldn't ask I didn't say I wasn't going" I say
