Powers(must relate to god parent; optional):Can fly up to 30 feet high for 1 minute if he isn't carrying anyone, 30 seconds if he's carrying someone. Kyle can also create wind storms with winds up to 60mph within a radius of 15 feet for 2 minutes. He can use his powers 3 times day, an hour at least in between. using his powers to the max limit will cause him to faint and lose almost all his energy.
Life Before CHB*: Kyle had an as average life as a demigod can have. Kyle didn't have a lot of friends in school. Everyday after school, since Kyle got his dagger,  Kyle would go out into the woods with his dagger his mom had given him and practiced throwing it, because he was advised to by his mother. She gave it to him because a week earlier Kyle was followed home after school and she felt it was time to give it to him. Kyle found it weird that he was given a dagger, and something about it did feel weird to him about it. His mom knew about Sky but was forbidden to tell Kyle about her, because Sky had disappeared when she was born and doesn't remember anything about her past. She had gotten his dagger from his father when he was born but didn't give it to him until he turned 13. His mom always knew about CHB and told him a week before she was killed in a car crash, because she was afraid he would be put in more danger if he knew. Kyle didn't want to go into foster care, so he ran away when his mother died. The same Satyr who took Sky to CHB, stumbled upon him on the streets a week after his mom had died and brought him to CHB.
RP Example*: I walk up to the training bows and grab a quiver and bow. I walked to a target and notched an arrow. I pulled back feeling that I wouldn't miss and fire. instead of hitting the target I hit a tree about 10 feet behind it. I pull the arrow out and shrug off my miss.
Any notes about your characters: Kyle is my other demigod, Sky's, twin brother, neither know about each other.

Wouldn't shy and over-confident be slightly contradictory?

How many times a day can he use either of his powers? A 55 foot radius is too much for the storm; at most we'd allow is 2 minutes. When you say he can fly 50 feet, do you mean 50 feet high or 50 feet away from his original location? How long could he fly without carrying somebody?

Describe his LBCHB some more. Where did his mom get the dagger -- is it the weapon you mentioned in his weapons section? How did the satyr find him, and I suppose he brought both the twins to camp?

Add some more to the personality.

The dagger thing sounds a bit odd to me -- did he suspect that something was off about the dagger, considering that it was of a magical metal? Why did she give it to him, and what influenced him to start "training" with it?

So, why exactly were Sky and Kyle not allowed to know about each other? Did Aeolus tell his mother about the camp, and why did his mother choose to tell Kyle about it so late? Had the satyr coincidentally found him on the streets later on, and why had Kyle taken to the streets after his mother's death?

How many times a day can he use his powers? How does using these powers effect him physically? How long must he wait in between each power usage?

There is something illogic in your LBCHB. You say 'everyday after school he would practice with his dagger' then you say he got the dagger a week earlier.

Also, I'm really iffy about him getting a celestial bronze weapon before Camp Half-Blood.

You still need to explain the Sky thing further. Why had Sky disappeared, where did she go? Your explanation as to why his mother was forbidden to tell Kyle about her doesn't make much sense, either.

Reduce the radius of Kyle's wind storm, as well as the height he can fly (I believe we only allow up to 30 feet for that).

I'm not sure how to explain the Skye thing Should I maybe consider taking it out?
