    The daughter of Hecate couldn't quite remeber why she was even at the beach in the first place. She didn't care, either. She strolled along the beach, her feet dipping into the water from time to time, the winds mumbling in the seemingly endless distance. Her pink-and blonde hair waved in the wind, and the ocean murmered loudly, the waves crashing against the shore. Quinn sat down on a black, still dry, rock. She opened up her book, and sat crosslegged on the rock, reading it.

    Now this is life!
    The son of Hermes continued to enjoy the crystal waters. The waves kept pushing him in closer to the shore. He was laying with his back face ing the water, gazing at the clear sky. If he could lay like this forever.
    But a tiny part of him knew that wasn't possible. With training, hanging out with his friends, and the occasional visit to his mothers house without getting attacked by monsters, Danny had barely any time to relax.

    The waves crashed harder and Danny felt himself get pulled under water. He barely had any time to breath before a giant wave sucked him under. The next thing you know, he was sprawled against the sand.
    Oh well....he thought in defeat. Getting to his feet, Danny stretched his body, which was sore from the wave. He started to walk towards a the rock where he had left his water bottle, water dripping from his black swimsuit. But something was waiting for him there.

    There was a blonde girl with pink tips sitting on the rock, reading a book. She didn't notice him but as Danny studied her, he found her pretty. Grabbing his water bottle, he chugged it down before sitting behind the girl.

    "Hey, whatcha readin?"

    Quinnley (Her real name is Quinnley, but she goes by Quinn) noticed a boy getting sucked in by a wave, and she giggled, obviously amused by his little 'fail'. She smiled at the boy, as he came close and drank from his water bottle. The boy sat behind Quinn.

    Quinn grinned. "A book of spells." She said and then turned around to face him. "By the way, that was quite a wave." She said and giggled lightly to this boy. She could swear she had seen him before, but she wasn't sure. Definiteley a child of Hermes. But the name? Quinn couldn't guess. The boy's hair was blonde, and he had blue eyes. He was indeed handsome, and surprisingly exactly Quinn's dream guy. She just needed to see if his personality also matched her expectations.

    "What's your name, Surfer Boy?" She asked sweetly, adding a hint of a 'rebel' tone to the edge of the words.

    Danny heard the pink tipped girl giggle. To him, the giggle sounded heavenly. Ok, he may be exaggerating but still, he liked her laugh. He got a better look at the girl. Again, he may be exaggerating but she was more than pretty, she was beautiful. Her bright blue eyes were a brighter shade than his and the pink tips made her look even more beautiful. He couldn't help but stare a little.

    "What's your name, Surfer Boy?" She asked sweetly, snapping Danny out of his thoughts. A small smirk appeared on his face, showing his white teeth. "Names Danny, son of Hermes." he told her, making eye contact. Maybe he should tease her a little, just to show her what he's like.
    The blonde scooted closer to the girl, leaning on the rock. The space between them didn't faze the boy at all; he was actually enjoying the closeness.

    "So what's the name of this beautiful girl in front of me?" he asked her. "I guess your probably a Hecate camper, since your reading a spell book." he added after.

    Quinnley found him staring slightly at her. She giggled. She got this alot from boys. She giggled once more. He's really handsome.. she swooned, then snapped out of her thoughts.

    As he told her that his name was danny, she grinned. "I knew I heard that name from somewhere!" She said and laughed sweetly. "Suits you well, surfer boy."

    As he moved closer, she smiled. Again, she got this from boys alot. Like, a whole lot. She wasn't an aphrodite chick, but she was as pretty as one.

    "So what's the name of this beautiful girl in front of me?" he asked her. Quinn didn't blush, she just gave Danny her most charming and dazzling smile. She knew it was going to be enough to knock the breath out of this cute boy. She giggled.
    "What would you do, If i wouldn't tell ya' surfer boy?" She asked and ruffled the Son of hermes' hair.

    "I guess your probably a Hecate camper, since your reading a spell book." he added after, and she laughed. "Yeah, I actually am. It's really boring in the Hecate cabin. Theres no one to annoy." She said and poked him in the side softly, giggling. "But now I have Surfer Boy, i guess that changes?" She asked sweetly. She found himself staring into Danny's dazzling clear blue eyes, getting lost in their beauty.

    Snap out of it, Quinnly. He might be your dream dude, but you barely know him. A voice in her head said, but she ignored it. She was going to get him wrapped around her magic-using fingers.

    Why does she keep giggling? Danny puzzled. Did he amuse her or something? Maybe her nickname for him, 'Surfer Boy', has very funny or maybe she thought that he looked funny. He would never know.
    "I knew I heard that name from somewhere!" the girl said after he told her his name and laughed sweetly. "Suits you well, surfer boy." She gave him a big, dazzling smile; one that Danny thought that would make him melt.

    "Why thank you princess." he replied, giving her a bigger smile. He was surprised that this chick wasn't an Aphrodite girl, she seems like a natural flirt. But two could play at this game.

    "What would you do, If I wouldn't tell ya' surfer boy?" the blonde girl challenged. A mischievous gleam came to Danny's eyes along with a small smirk. Oh, she has no idea.
    "Yeah, I actually am. It's really boring in the Hecate cabin. Theres no one to annoy." the girl explained about being a Hecate camper and poked him in the side softly, giggling again. "But now I have Surfer Boy, I guess that changes?" She asked innocently.

    "I don't know, does it change?" he questioned. What she didn't know was that Danny was about to do. He sneakily scooted behind her, ready to strike.

    "And to answer your question, do you actually know what I might do?" he smirked. Surprising her, he picked up the girl bridal style. She was surprisingly light, not that she looked heavy.
    Walking over to the shore, Danny carried the girl to the crystal water. He held her just above the water, ready to drop her just in case.

    "If you don't tell me your name, I will drop you into the water." he challenged, a smirk planted on his face.
    "Soooo....." he trailed off."

    "Why thank you princess." He told her, which made her swoon. She really liked this guy, he was really cute. She smiled. He was easy to get at, which made her exited. An easy bait for the aughter of Magic. She batted her eyelashes and rested her head on her hand and arm, leaning in closer to Danny. She grinned mishcieviously, then sat upright again. Today, she was in the mood for teasing.

    "I don't know, does it change?" the handsome blonde asked. She thought about it. If she gave didn't give him an answer, she was going to look a bit 'Mysterious.' Well, sort of. "Are you playing hard to get, Mr. Grant?"

    "And to answer your question, do you actually know what I might do?" With that the boy picked her up bridal style. She laughed brightly, putting her book onto the rock. Danny walked over to the shore with her, and she was swooning all the way along. This guy was just her type. But she still needed to know more about him, just to be sure.

    As Danny held her over the water, she just smiled.
    "If you don't tell me your name, I will drop you into the water." the son of Hermes challenged the blonde with pink tips. "Soooo....." he trailed off.

    "So, I'm not going to tell you my name!" She said, awaiting to be dropped into the water, smirking and giving Danny another one of those award-winning smiles.

    "So, I'm not going to tell you my name!" The blonde cried out, laughing. If her laughs could kill, Danny would already be dead. As the girl hovered over the water in his arms, Danny couldn't help but wonder. Should he drop her? That could make her hate him and he didn't really want that. He wanted her to like him.
    But, hey, he had threatened and she took the challenge.
    But before he was going to drop her, he lowered his arms a little, making him seem like he was going to drop her. The girl lowered a couple inches before she fell into Danny's arms again, just barely an inch above the water. A mischievous smile crept it's way to Danny's face, showing his white teeth.

    "Have a nice trip." He whispered into the girls ear before completely dropping her into the water. A large splash was heard and Danny tried to sir press his laughter but it was no use; he had to laugh. When his laughing fit was over, he picked the girl up again, but this time he grabbed her waist. He twirled her around first, trying to dry her off a little. After that, he leaned in close to her ear again.

    "Now, be a good princess and tell me your name. You don't know what else I'll do." He whispered into the shell of her ear. A sly smile appeared on Danny's lips.

    The Blonde dropped The Daughter of Magic nearly into the water. The boy smiled mischievously. "Have a nice trip." He whispered into Quinnley's ear before dropping her. She screamed lightly before hitting the water with a large splash and then sinking underwater, smiling. She opened her eyes underwater. It hurt a little bit, but she didn't mind at all. She dove upwards, and realized that Danny was still laughing loudly. She grinned, her hair dripping down her spine. Quinnley put her hands on her hips and smiled mischievously. "Well..?" She said and began laughing as well.

    Danny softly grabbed her waist and picked her up again. She giggled lightly as he twirled her around, trying to dry her a bit. Then he leaned in closer to her and whispered:

    "Now, be a good princess and tell me your name. You don't know what else I'll do." She swooned, almost not being able to contain herself. Okay, Stay Calm Quinn, or his hotness is gonna' make you melt.

    "My Name is Quinnley Edwards. Once I get to know you more, I guess you can call me Quinn. Or even Princess. I like that name, Mr. Grant." She said and smiled softly. "But first..." She said and took his hand. She dragged him closer into the shore. She was so going to tease him now. She wrapped her arms around his neck, grinning like crazy. She came in closer, pretending she was going to kiss this adorable boy. But just before their lips touched, she pushed him into the water, and came tumbling in herself. She laughed and began splashing him with water.

    Quinnley, man, to Danny, it was a beautiful name. He looked down at her. Quinn's blonde pink tipped hair was drenched, leaving it suck to the back of the girls neck. Danny didn't know why, but she looked absolutely beautiful to him. And he just found out his reason. He liked her.

    "Quinn huh, a beautiful name for a beautiful girl." He replied back, his sly grin still planted on his face.
    But that grin soon disappeared when Quinn led him back to shore. A chill ran down his spine when her arms wrapped around his neck, a wild grin planted on her face. The blonde and pink haired girl leaned in and Danny couldn't help but do the same. It was like this girl had a spell on him, pulling him closer and closer. Their lips were just about to touch when.....

    Splash! Danny collided with water. Quinn had pushed him and herself in. He smiled deviously at the girl. What a tease.
    "So, you wanna play like that huh?" He questioned, splashing her back as she splashed him. The son of Hermes jumped to his feet, dashing towards the daughter of Hecate. His arms wrapped around the girl's waist again, this time he wasn't going to let go as he swung her around.

    "Quinn huh, a beautiful name for a beautiful girl." Danny said, and she blushed a bit. "I said you can call me Quinn once you get to know me a bit more!" She said, but really, she didn't mind at all. She got pulled into his beautiful eyes. A sly grin was spreading across Danny's handsome face. It was like she was dreaming.

    Argh, why must he be so amazingly handsome? And of course funny, cheeky, perfect... She could list a gazillion of things. She definetly liked him. Alot.

    She knew she had Danny wrapped around her finger when he leaned in aswell. She had shoved him in the water, and now they were splashing about madly.

    "So, you wanna play like that huh?" The son of Hermes asked. Quinnley grinned to him. "Why not?" She asked, still grinning like mad. Surfer Boy jumped to his feet and ran towards the princess. Quinnley swooned. He softly picked her up and swung her about, his hands planted firmly on Quinn's slim waist. She wished she could freeze this moment forever. She struggled to get out of his arms, but laughed happily whilst doing it. She felt like she was in heaven. She knew she liked this boy. It was only a matter of time until she found out if he liked her too. She would only have too wait around a week or so...


    OOC: This is just a suggestion, but after 10 posts here or so they could 'Plan a few dates,so maybe we could time skip a few days, after that, and then they could go to the lake, or something. Like, a date. And then after the date maybe they could kiss, then they could cuddle on the next date, or maybe on the same one, and then after three dates or so, they could become a couple and after just hang out as a couple. :D
    Just a few ideas. xD (Credit to Morgan Landry, she gave me this idea.)

    BIC: "So, princess, did you have fun?" The blonde asked as he escorted Quinn back to the rock. They would've been out in the water longer but it was getting chilly and Dany didn't want Quinn to get sick. The sun started to set over the horizon and the once blue and red sky turned black as the twinkling stars came out. Perfect setting at the moment.
    If they could do this again, than Danny would surely make a night to remember. They'd have to do this again. Danny snook a glance at Quinn. With the stars shinning on her, Danny could honestly say that she looked more beautiful than ever. He stared, but only for a couple of moments, not wanting to embarrass himself. Tucking a strand of her blonde hair behind her ear, Danny took the girls small hand.

    "You know princess, we had a sure of a hell time today." He lead on. "Maybe we should do it again another time. Perhaps somewhere as good as tonight." He but his lip, a little nervous. Though he wouldn't show it to the girl standing in front of him. The son of Hermes took a shaky breath before continuing. "So, what do you say?" His voice was unsure and he really hoped the girl would say yes.

    "So, princess, did you have fun?" Danny asked her , and she smiled. "Of course, Surfer boy." She said. Danny escorted her back to the rock. She took her book into her hand, and smiled at him. The stars came out, and she gazed up at the sky, longingly wanting to know what Hecate was doing right now. Was she thinking of her? Supporting her? Cheering her on?

    She smiled as she nocticed him staring for a few seconds. Then he tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear, and she smiled.Wow, you sure smile alot. she thought, and the thought made her laugh. As Danny took her hand she sighed internally. He was so sickeningly sweet.

    "You know princess, we had a sure of a hell time today." Danny said, and The daughter of hecate nodded. "Yeah, it was the most fun I've had since I came here, believe me." She gasped as he added: "Maybe we should do it again another time. Perhaps somewhere as good as tonight."

    Danny bit his lip, and she noticed he was a bit nervous, she smiled and pressed her forehead softly to his, their lips only a few centimetres apart. She moved back a bit. "So, what do you say?" he asked, and she had known the answer all along.

    She kissed his cheek quickly, then giggled. "Surfer Boy, I would love to. Does the lake sound good? Maybe the day after tomorrow?" She asked, and kissed his cheek once again before standing up, taking his hand.

    Danny's became a little bit worried when Quinn gasped. Perhaps she hadn't been expecting that Danny would ask her out and she was shocked? Or perhaps it's something else.
    But Danny's worries disappeared when he felt two little pecks on his cheek. Looking up, her blue eyes saw that Quinn's forehead was resting on his. A blush appeared, but not because of the closeness; it was because of the two kisses she gave him on his cheek. A huge grin appeared on the son of Hermes' face when Quinn spoke.

    "Surfer Boy, I would love to. Does the lake sound good? Maybe the day after tomorrow?" She implied. Danny sighed in relief. On the outside he was calm, but on the inside, he was as happy as a kid who just got a bike for his birthday.

    Getting up, Danny's arms brought the blonde girl into a giant hug. "That sounds lovely, but be ready for the best date of your life." He was only partially joking, he was going to impress her.

    "See ya around, princess." Bringing her out of the hug, Danny pressed his lips to her cheek and gave her a tiny cheek kiss. Turning around, the son of Hermes made his way to his cabin, already making plans for the big day coming up.

    Quinnley smiled as he said: "That sounds lovely, but be ready for the best date of your life." . She gave him another kiss on the cheek. "Of course, Son of Hermes. Always ready." She said and grinned. She felt relieved yet exited, and she couldn't wait seeing him the day after tomorrow at the lake? What would happen? She didn't care, aslong as they were good things, and that she would see him. She was pressed into him fr a hug, and she shortly wrapped her arms around him. As he broke away, he said: "See ya around, princess." The boy said, and pressed a sweet kiss to Quinnleys cheek. She swooned and made her way to her own cabin aswell, going in the opposite direction as him.  She was defininetely starkstruck.

    OOC: Time skip? Can you post first at the lake, or shall I? :D
