    "Ugh..." Jeremy moaned, waking up groggily. He wasn't as weak as he was before, but he still felt pretty drained. He needed to get in that lake. "Guys, I'm gonna need you to cover me! I need to get to the lake! You guys are closer than I am!" he yelled. Then, he made a mad dash for the lake.

    "We need to get right by the lake! That's the only place we have a chance," Perseus said, and all three started running back towards the lake.

    "Those water gods kids are so ridiculously lucky," Maddy mumbled. "Hell, I wish I had a lake full of alcohol."

    The madness lost control of the empousa, lucidity creeping back into her blood red eyes.

    "What are you going to do demi-gods?" she asked with a freaky smile.

    "Going to your momma," Maddy said, clenching her branch. "Want us to give her a love card from you?"

    Perseus and his two friends, Maddy and Jeremy where backed up against the water The water was up to his ankles. He made all the water around him form up into a wave that was about 5 feet tall and sent it at the Empousa. The empousa was caught in the wave, and when the wave died down she was right by the water. Perseus kicked her into the water, knowing that this was the place they could defeat him. Perseus started getting a major migraine after using the power but he continued ignoring it. "Jeremy you know what to do! Now!" Perseus yelled. Perseus and Jeremy's combined powers were even stronger. The clouds grew black above the lake and lightning streaked through the sky down into the water. "Get out of the water Maddy!" Perseus yelled over the cackle of the lightning. The water became very choppy and lightning continued. Perseus almost fell over into the water, he was very wobbly.

    Perseus looked as if he were going to pass out. He put his arm around him and propped him up. "I've got you, bro." he said. "Ready?" he asked Perseus.

    "Oh by the gods," she said, watching the tendrils of electricity crackling over the water.

    Jeremy and Perseus both nodded their hands and unison. Their eyes both turn ridiculously gray, and electricity seemed to emit from the air around them. Ginormous cumulonimbus clouds rapidly began to form in the sky. The waves became much more violent, and lightning finally began to appear in the air. Before long, they had a killer sea storm kicked. They both raised their hands into the air, and then pointed downward towards the empousa. Just then, two huge thunderbolts struck the empousa in her head, going right through her. She was a pile of ash in no time. "Ugh. The smell of empousa ashes is disgusting." he said, before passing out once more.

    Unlike Jeremy, he hadn't used his powers before the encounter with the empousa. So, after the sea storm disintegrated the monster Perseus fell down into the water. Not passed out, but it felt as if he was about to puke. He had a major migraine and was wobbly at the same time. "A-little overkill..." Perseus said to them both as he tried to wake up Jeremy.

    "A little Overkill," Perseus said as the cataclysm was over.

    "Dude, a little overkill?" Maddy asked, jogging over to them. "You could've fried ten of those with these bolts!"

    She waded into the water after having taken her shoes off and went to as quickly as the water allowed. "Here," she said, rummaging around in her handbag. "I've got a bottle of nectar. Could do Jeremy some good."

    "Ya... I don't know.. Jeremy put all his power into it and he pretty much crushed my hold on mine and it poured into a combined." Perseus said.

    Perseus took the bottle of nectar gingerly and gave it to Jeremy. "Well then..." Perseus said as he frowned. "Why would a monster be out here at a mall anyway?" Perseus asked curiously.

    She watched as he poured some nectar into Jeremy's mouth, the drink shining with divine power.

    "Malls, supermarkets, schools, streets, trains... anything's good for them."

    Jeremy's eyes shot open as he gasped for air. The nectar tasted like sweet-tea-lemonade. "I feel much better." he said. "Now, where are we headed? As long as it's not Desigual." he asked, and chuckled.

    OOC: I'm Perseus in character not John lol.

    BIC: Perseus nodded vaguely to Jeremy's question. "I didn't use any power before the storm so I'm kind of okay." Perseus said. Perseus made a small wave come up that was only about 3 feet tall and jumped on it so that he was surfing on it but with his bare feet. He motioned for them.

    Perseus's feet went under the wave as soon as he went on and the wave dissipated. Perseus started feeling like he was going to just die in a couple of seconds.

    "I guess we do something else then..." Perseus mumbled to them.

    Maddy rushed over to Perseus.

    "Whoa there, you alright, bro?" She asked. "Want some nectar? There isn't much left but it should do."

    While taking out the godly drink, Maddy reflected. They could just walk back to the mall and 'borrow' a car, though Perseus and Jeremy were in no position to drive. Yeah, that's right, have the daughter of the wine god take the wheel
