how do i do that?

If you mean sign up to become a cabin leader/lieutenant, you need to fill out the form in the very first post of this topic (page 1) to the very best of your ability and whatever requirements it asks for specifically.

However, you'll need to make an approved character first; I'd also recommend role-playing on the site for a while before applying for a position and making sure the cabin you want doesn't have a leader/lieutenant already.

After you fill out the character form, an approver will look it over and ask you to make corrections to fit site requirements; when they say it is approved and move it to the Approved Character Forms section, you can begin role-playing -- and maybe be on your way to applying for a cabin leader/lieutenant position (for cabins that don't have one or the other).

Prominent Traits and Talents: Adri is good at gymnastics, she is a very fast runner, likes meeting new people and making friends

Flaws: Over protective of friends, likes to do dangerous stuff even though she knows she will get hurt, always feels like she has to prove herself

5 Sentences on why your Character Would be a Great Cabin Leader: Adri has always been protective of family and friends and now has a cabin full of brothers and sisters. Adri likes to play sports and loves to run. Her favorite place is the sword fighting arena. She encourages other demigods and gives them tips while they fight. Adri would be a great lieutenant because she will brighten up your day.

5 sentences on why your character would be a great Cabin Lieutenant (or more): Julien Bianchi is a great candidate for his cabin's second-in-command, and here is why I say this. First off, he has been at camp for a very long time, arriving a year before The Lightning Thief took place. This means he is knowledgeable on the camp's history, layout, ways, etc. Another reason he is a great candidate is that his competitive and upbeat attitude is one that bodes well for the position. The Nike cabin is one that is rife with sportive, competitive kids, which when combined with the outgoing personality Julien has makes him a well suited lieutenant and ambassador for the cabin.
