Building trust.

As I walked by the lake, I started thinking. Who could really be trusted? A question I had thinking ever since "THAT" accident. I wish I could say my arm hurts, but I can't feel it. I sigh and sit down, waiting for someone to study, so I could know I can trust them.
OOC: This is my new character Eric.

I see a girl walk past. I start to stare as I usually do, looking to see if trust could be built. I looked a bit too suspicious, I think, but so she could see if she could trust me. I waited until she noticed me.

I glance over and see a boy. I walk up and wave at him. "Hey!"

OOC: WAIT. You listen to Simple Plan?

"Hi." I mumble, not really used to having people's attention. I try to remember how to make conversation. "What are you doing here?" I ask.
OOC: Hell yeah.

I stared blankly at the girl. "Uh... What's your name?"

"I'm Eric. Nice day, right?"

"Sorry if I'm a bit boring, I just don't really talk to people." I rub the back of my head, my other arm looking lifeless as a rock.

"After I had that incident," I gestured to my lifeless arm "My arm was paralysed forever. I trusted almost no one. Can I trust you?"

"That's not good. I need to know of I can trust you, not if you think you can trust me. It worries me."

"It's what I'm used to, I just didn't get out much. I only talked to like, two people. Until I came here."

"I guess so. Maybe you can be the third person?"

"But talks like this everyday like friends have. But I don't mean 24/7 though, that's weird."

I smile for first time in ages. "What do you like to do?"

"Well, I like to stare at people, whilst thinking about my horrible childhood."
