Pets: Baskerville is Alucard's animal companion. He is a hellhound that is the size of a full-grown, rottweiler wearing three Stygian Iron collars. He is about 26 inches tall at shoulder, weighs 113 lbs, and is quite bloodthirsty and vicious, unless around Coal, Sapphire's cat. Baskerville can shadow-travel up to 3 miles 2 times per day. After each use, Baskerville is incapacitated for 3 hours.


Talents: Alucard, despite his preference for bladed weapons over ranged ones, is an expert sharpshooter. He is highly skilled with several forms of blades weapons, particularly scythes and swords. He is very string and flexible, along with being highly convincing and intelligent. In addition, Alucard is highly skilled in the art of Torture, and knows which spots on each monster are vital to it.

Weapon**: Alucard has two primary weapons which consist of a claymore, a unique scythe.

Claymore: Alucard's claymore is made of Stygian Iron. The blade is 4ft 8in long and 3 inches wide at the widest point. The blade is a quarter of an inch thick and the grip is 5 inches long.

Scythe: Alucard's scythe is very unique. It is made of Stygian Iron, and has a single, 3-foot long curved blade at the top. The scythe itself is about 7 feet long and has a 5 foot long Stygian iron chain connected to a Stygian Iron Manacle on one side and connected to the bottom of the scythe on the other side. It is enchanted with the ability to transform into a Stygian Iron Manacle on his left wrist that returns to him whenever he wills it.

Other Weapons: Alucard's final weapon is a small, rarely used Stygian Iron dagger. It has a 13in long curved and serrated blade with a 4 and 1/2 inch long grip. He keeps the dagger inside of the right sleeve of his outermost layer of clothing/armor.

Armor:

Personality: Alucard is not your ordinary run-of-the-mill demigod. Alucard fights with ferocity and often-extreme cruelty, rarely shooting to kill until his target has been totally disabled and humiliated. He freely taunts and belittles his opponents, often allowing them to inflict several wounds before obliterating his enemy. It can accurately be stated that rather than killing his opponents, Alucard breaks them. Alucard also expresses deep disappointment in unworthy adversaries, and seems concerned with finding a worthy opponent. Alucard has a deep and eternal loyalty to his master, Sapphire, And would do anything for her. He often expresses disdain towards any males that attempt to get close to Sapphire, and does the same towards anybody that attempts to get closer to him. He prefer to be either with his master or alone, causing many people to call him strange and socially inept. He often prefers to avoid the beach, along with any areas where there are large amounts of water or sunlight.

Flaws: Alucard easily underestimates his opponents and overestimates himself. He had depp-seated loyalty issues, often never truly trusting anybody other than his master. In addition, Alucard's speed is slowed down to about 75% due to his armor's total weight, which equals about 45 lbs. However, it is not as heavy as one would think, as the weight is spread throught the whole body.

Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): Rather than the normal ability to shadow-travel long distances several times, Alucard can shadow travel short distances a multitude of times. Alucard can shadow-travel 7 meters up to 13 times per day. Instead of the normal way to fast-travel, Alucard just sinks into his own shadow. Every two shadow-travels, Alucard gets a minor migraine and has to wait for 15 minutes to use the powers again. After the last use, Alucard passes out for 8 hours.

Alucard can raise the dead. He can raise up to 7 undead per day, up to three at a time. There is a 2 hour cool-down in between summonings. Each one is raised with a SI sword and lasts for 7 minutes or until killed. They can be killed by normal means, as long as the means do not involve vital organs or blood-loss.

Life Before Camp*: Alucard grew up trained to be the guardian of the Gerki family, particularly Sapphire. He never spent very much time with his mother, preferring to stay by Sapphire's side, despite her hatred of him. When he was 6 years old, he was told that both he and Sapphire were demigods, leading to him becoming more protective of her. One sapphire's 7th birthday however, a disaster occured. They were having a birthday party and, as an only child, Sapphire's father had made sure to spoil her. So they had rented a small cottage with a ranch for the weekend, Alucard and his mother coming along. They decided to celebrate outside, on a picnic. After eating the cake, Sapphire wandered off. Alucard followed her, having noticed some strange behavior in the environment. When he found her, he saw a small hellhound attacking her, and he saved her with a SI dagger he had been given as a birthday present by his mother, who was in contact with CHB at the time. She had received it from another child of Thanatos who gave it to her to pass on to him in order for him(Alucard) to protect himself and Sapphire. He managed to sneak up on the hellhound before slicing it's back horizontally, severing it's spine and causing it to collapse before he stabbed it in the back of the head. Alucard quickly realized the hellhound had come for him, causing him to swear himself as Sapphire's loyal servant and guardian. He followed her everywhere, and was extremely protective of her. When Aucard was born, his father told his mother the location of CHB. Alucard and Sapphire's parents booked them a flight to New York, where they were guided by a demigod child of Hebe, named Jeff Fisher, to CHB. Jeff was an old friend of Alucard and Sappire's parents, so he took it as a personal favor to make sure that they made it to camp.

RP Example*: Alucard Tepes, the son of Thanatos, was currently at his 5 year old birthday party. It could not really be considred a party, as the only people it involved were him, his parents, Sapphire (who did not even want to be there), and her parents. Nonetheless, Alucard was happy to see Sapphire, the one he viewed as his only friend. The party was going great until the cake was being handed out, as a piece of cake was about to collide with the unknowing Sapphire. Alucard used his plate to hit the piece of cake away from her, in the process getting cake all over the table.

Any notes about your characters: This character is made to match Perca's Sapphire Character

Your character is rather unnaturally tall -- please reduce his height a bit.

The hellhound is a bit too big; I think they're usually supposed to be the size of an average Rottweiler at most. Also, why does it have 6 eyes? Can it shadow-travel at all?

For weapons:
- You state your character has 3 primary weapons but list only 2. Where's the third -- or is it the spoiler about his armor that you placed after his Personality section? (By the way, that's a lot of armor -- he would be slowed down a lot with that much stuff on. Also, what parts of his jumpsuit are Stygian iron?)
- Your character's claymore is also very large -- even if your character is very strong I doubt he'd be able to lift it and use it properly if it's that size, so you'll need to reduce its dimensions.
- Do you have any pictures of what his scythe actually looks like? It sounds like it might have some issues with being balanced. plus I don't know why you'd need more than one blade?
- " The scythe... has a 5 foot long Stygian iron chain connected to a Stygian Iron Manacle on one side and connected to the bottom of the scythe on the other side." So, your overall scythe would look something like this? (pardon the poor drawing; it's MS Paint):

I think your character should exhibit more signs of weariness after using his powers even just 3-5 times. Can his undead soldiers be killed normally (ie: head chopped off) or do they repair themselves once or twice?

Also, how did your character defeat a Cyclops when he was 9? Where did he get the dagger (his mom who got it from his dad)? How did he and Sapphire find out about and get to camp?

I don't know, I feel like the scythe would be just fine with 1 curved blade rather than three total one under the other. It's a nice design, sure, but it doesn't sound like it'd be very balanced while it's being swung. Also, the average claymore was about 4'5" -- so try reducing its size a bit more.

How much is he slowed down by his armor?

Also, I think your RP Example should be about the character you're applying for, not one of your other characters?

For the hair, Yes.
For the scythe, that is the point. Despite throwing him off balance, the increased weight adds more momentum to the blades. Plus Alucard thinks it looks cool.
About the claymore, I want it at least a little larger than average.

I feel you should reduce his height to 1m90 or so.
How big is the claymore?
How did a seven years old child manage to kill a Cyclops through the head? There's some massive height difference.

So the scythe has one real blade and two decorative ones? Because if one cuts through something, the others will just follow and the only one to cut will be the first blade...

I don't think we'd allow Thanatos to have given Alucard's mom a dagger to give to him? Again, it would be basically impossible for a 7 year old to kill a Cyclops anyway. Pick another smaller monster. Also, did Thanatos tell your character's mom about where camp was? Who was the demigod who brought the kids to camp?

Increase the cool-down time between shadow-travel usages a bit more -- say, to 15 minutes -- and you seem good in that area.

How did his mother come into contact with camp? I don't think a slice to the back would be enough to make a hellhound collapse. How did Jeff Fisher know to come for the kids -- was he friends with the parents of Alucard and Sapphire?

I asked you to add in more frequent cool-down times between shadow-travels -- if I remember correctly, you changed it to 2 shadow-travels before the cool-down kicked in. Edit it back to that, with the 15 minutes still intact, and then I can approve this.
