AGE: looks to be 17 but official age is uncertain
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE: the subject has this messy head of brown curly hair. sources say that her eyes are a light brown and she stands at 5'5. often seen wearing a hippie band (can see where her alias comes from), tees, jeans, and sandals.
PERSONALITY: from what we can see, she's rather introverted and spaced out. some sources that came in contact say that she's rather impulsive and tricky. kylie has been heard to have a rather quick tongue when she talks for she doesn't talk much.
WEAPON OF CHOICE: a whip and dagger, mostly uses her fists for fighting.
HISTORY: from what we remember, the subject has had charges pressed against her for breaking and entering at the age of what we believe 10. she has no real residence, her charges started in the U.S., New York to be exact. has been to hygiene 6 times, escaped 4 times and bailed out by anonymous person the other times. at the age of 14 she was charged heavily for murder of government officials and innocents. was on FBI's care for a year until she was 15, the broke out and dropped off the map. rumors say that she has been traveling in the woods with an accomplice and has a small spot for nature.
