WANTED SUBJECT: CAMPBELL, MARGOT - CHICAGO

NAME: Campbell, Margot Hui
ALIAS: Chicago
AGE: 19 years of age.
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE: According to her file the subject is half Chinese. Subject has shoulder length brown hair and brown eyes. Height is 5'5". Although most sightings of the subject have been through cctv captures, a mug shot from 3 years ago has been located. In that picture the subject has almond shaped eyes and a square chin. Witnesses have mentioned that the subject has a fair amount of short scars on the upper arms, torso and legs. From information gathered, our specialists assume that they were all received from climbing through a barbed wire fence or something similar. cctv footage from 2 years prior capture the subject with a limp due to an injured left leg, although more recent cctv footage reveals that the injury was not serious and the limp is no longer there. FBI techs were able to pick up the organizations comms radio waves for a short amount of time a few months prior. Campbell was identified to be one of the communicators. Using this, we are able to determine that the subject has a faded Chicago accent.
PERSONALITY: Campbell is known to work well in a team. The subject is often seen with more than one ally. It is very rare to see the subject alone. Thanks to intercepted communications, we know that Campbell is comfortable with giving orders. However, when orders were given to the subject, it took a small amount of persuasion to get the subject to act. The subject is efficient in tasks, and seems to possess little remorse when it comes to killing.
Flaws: The subject is slow to take orders, and would rather do what she wants. This might cause the subject to hesitate, making her more vulnerable to attack. The subject is said to be a poor swimmer. The subject has also been known to take risks.
WEAPON OF CHOICE: Smith & Wesson M&P pistol + swiss army pocket knife
HISTORY: Not much is known of the subject prior to her arrest approximately 3 years ago. Before her involvement with the vigilante group, her crimes were minor and localized. A year ago she was first seen acting with a team, and committing federal offenses. Her weapon, a Smith and Wesson M&P pistol was stolen from a chicago cop, who was found murdered with multiple gunshot wounds to the chest. Campbell is the primary suspect in the case of his death. Campbell's parents' locations are currently unknown, but it is assumed that she is no longer in contact with them.

UNKNOWN: Did you find any other supplies that we could use?
CAMPBELL: Jærve found a rifle, she's carrying it with her.

CAMPBELL: Tell her that she's fine. I saved her ass earlier from a dazer though.
UNKNOWN: Are there many out there?
CAMPBELL: No, that one took us by surprise. It was a kid.

CAMPBELL: Does it matter? I managed to put a bullet through its head before it got a bite out of Jærve. Still can't manage to get a thank you out of her.
UNKNOWN: Once you check that warehouse, you guys should probably head back.
CAMPBELL: There's still four other warehouses we haven't checked.
UNKNOWN: Its getting dark, I've been told to get you guys back to here before dinner.
CAMPBELL: I don't care, we're running low on supplies. If we wait too long, we might miss our chance.
UNKNOWN: Chicago, those are your orders. Stick to them.
CAMPBELL: To hell with orders. I- [Subject is interrupted by a large explosion and static] [explicit] I think they're dropping bombs on us.
UNKNOWN: Who is?
CAMPBELL: Who has an endless amount of explosives and a grudge against us?
UNKNOWN: Get Jærve and Red out of there and get back to safety.
[after a bit of background noise and muffled orders from Campbell]
CAMPBELL: We're going to take a car off the street to minimize the chances of the feds recognizing the vehicle.
UNKNOWN: Okay, get back quickly. Don't make any stupid decisions.
CAMPBELL: No promises.

CAMPBELL is wanted for multiple accounts of murder, grand larceny, and assault of government officials. As well as: trespassing, speeding, assault with a deadly weapon, minor theft, vandalism, breaking and entering, and unlawful ownership of a firearm.
