Hezekiah's Bunk

Hezekiah Abui walked into the Egyptian cabin, looking around at the pictures of humans with heads of animals. All this was still pretty new to this whole demigod thing. With his bags in his hands, he went to look for a empty bunk for him to settle in. The new camper wondered if he had any siblings seeing how is mother was Serket...or was it Serqet? Anyhow, Hezekiah found one and tossed his bags on the mattress.

"I sure hope they have a basketball court." He said under his breath as he opened his suitcase and started unpack.

Colin was pumped. There was a new kid this week, supposedly a son of Serket, and Colin had been nominated to welcome him to the cabin. In his hand he held a small clip board with the kid's name on it, which he was certain he would butcher, and pretty much nothing else. Joy.

He turned a corner quickly to find what he assumed was the right bunk. A kid about his age stood there with a bag in his hand.

"Uh, hey. Are you..." He began, taking a moment to look at the clipboard. He felt pretty official with the thing, though in his cargo shorts and black t shirt from the time he went to see The Fray, he doubted anyone else thought so. "Heze...The new kid?" He figured it would be best not to totally insult this guy by messing up his name the first time he said anything to him.

Hezekiah was unpacking when he heard someone walk into the cabin. He turned his head to face the guy who stood before him. "I'm good, how are you?" He greeted him, scratching his shoulder with the opposite arm. "Uh, it's Hezekiah Abui, and you are?" The demigod didn't mean to come off standoffish

Good. So far, this kid didn't hate him. "Colin McDaniels. Son of Serket, and so far the only one I know of," He smiled genuinely, pushing up his glasses and scratching the back of his head as he offered to shake the kid's hand.

He raised an eyebrow. "Yo, that's my mom too." Hezekiah shook his hand firmly with a slight smile on his face. Finally someone to connect with. The son of Serqet turned his head to cough, getting a bit of vemon on the inside of his elbow. "Sh!t."He looked around for something to clean it off with.
