Personality:He is very shy, but when you get to know him he is very open. He is easily angered. He wants to spend a lot of his time with animals. He can be fun once you get to know him. He is incapable of like bullies. He can be happy-go-lucky. He is very alert. He stay away from people.
Flaws:He has the mind of a 6 year old but the physical body of a 14 year old, he has OCD, and he has Avoidant Personality Disorder.

Powers (must relate to god parent; optional):

• Can talk to the dead once a week for 5 posts, he needs to summon them himself, he can summon 2 every 4 posts, and they are souls. Cool down: 8 Posts
  
• Can summon a max of 5 dead soldiers, that are corpses, once every 2 posts to help him fight, and they last for 1 post if they are not destroyed, only one every post can repair its self, and they carry swords, spears, and shields. Cool down: 6 Posts
  

Life Before Camp*:He lived for 9 years with his mother but then she died from a fire in their house. He was born in Virginia. He then lived in a orphanage for 2 years. But then he ran away. He would stay in the shadows and stay away from people. When somebody came near him, the person had a bike, nobody saw him , so he walked up behind him and knocked out the kid and stole his bike. Then he found a soup kitchen and lived outside it for 1 year. He then walked across country to New York, he stole money for buses, to see if he could find a life there, which took 1 month. He stayed in the ally ways and away from people there too. When he saw creepy things he ran way from them. While he was running away from a creepy thing, (a monster of course and it was a cyclops) a team of demigods came up to him and told him to follow them. Arsen didn't want to at first but then the team of demigods told him, he would be safe if he came.
RP Example*: He is running in the woods. He looks around, its just dark woods. He doesn't know whats going on. He trips on a root. The he wakes up screaming.
Any notes about your characters: He has ADHD and dyslexia.

(I'm assuming this isn't a wip form so I'm moving this to the regular section.)

... What do you mean by his eyes being blueish gold? I don't think that exists.

He'll need a weapon in the long run -- to fight monsters and all.

Add more to his personality.

- How exactly can he avoid death every two months? Do you mean he can twist his fate so he doesn't die at that time? (If yes that's not allowed.)
- For how long could be speak to the dead? Does he need to summon them himself?

LBC:
- How did he acquire the skills and knowledge to survive in the wilderness for a year?
- Did no one question why a young boy was walking around by himself so much, especially at the soup kitchen?
- How did he know to go to New York? People don't just stumble on camp.

- That ability would be a power. You don't need to have an ability.
- How long do the soldiers stay with him if they're not destroyed?
- Can they reform?
- How many souls can he summon to talk to each week?

LBC:
- If a child avoided telling me where his parents were by screaming, then I'd most likely call the police. Very improbable they'd just keep going.
- what monster had been pursuing him when the satyr came?

Add a bit more to personality.

Powers:
- To organize this better, could you please separate the two powers from each other via bullet points or a line break? It'll be easier to read then.
- Reduce the time he can talk to the ghosts for.
- For the skeletons, they last 3 big fights? That's too general, give them specific time limits. (Hours wouldn't be allowed -- 10 to 13 minutes would be my max.)
- What kinds of weapons do they have?

LBC:
- People would take him in but never to the police?
- Walking up to NY would probably set off a lot of suspicion and definitely get the police on his tail.

For his skin color -- do you just mean he's half white, not just "half American"?

Where did his mom get an SI scythe?

Powers:
- As per Entry 19 of the Admin Agenda, you'll need to convert the time limits for his powers into number of posts. (Example: His skeleton warriors can last up to 10 posts in one topic and then will need to cool down for about 20.)

LBC:
- As I said before: Highly unlikely for people not to find him, especially if he's heading north to New York. Try altering it to say things like he stole money to buy a bus ticket or a satyr helped him up to NY and they got separated/the satyr was killed.
