Evangeline walked through the halls of her high school and rolled her eyes as a few freshman stared after her with her light hair and preppy outfit. Did she care that there were eyes on her? Not really, she liked the attention to an extent. What she didn't enjoy was all the eyes she was getting from the guys due to her outfit. Granted she had had her fair share of boyfriends in the past but the only reason she had dated them in the past was because of popularity. Once her junior year rolled around though she just stopped caring about her "status" and mainly focused on her studies and power training at Camp Jupiter that she did on weekends. As she walked into her AP Shakespeare class she noticed a new student there she didn't know, which was odd because she was still good friends with a lot of the popular kids at her school. Sitting in the back of the class Evangeline took out her personal notebook and began writing away about her training that she needed to get done and some class work she could get a head start on in other classes.
At the bell Mrs.Hudson walked into the room and told everyone to get out the play that they had just started reading. Opening her book and putting in her headphones, Eve dove into the book and began taking her annotation notes that she was so used to taking. This was by far her favorite class and she worked ahead for a multitude of reasons. Just as she was getting to one of the more well known parts of Hamlet she saw someone tap on her desk and she heard a muffled voice ask her something. Taking out one of her headphones she looked at the student and gave a questioned look.
