Arcas walked into the Music room and saw the fancy lay out for the recording portion and immediately relaxed even more. He hadn't gotten to sing and play in ages and it wasn't ok with him. Sitting in the booth he started warming up and then dove into an acoustic version of Matchbox Twenty's song Let's See How Far We've come. Let's see how far we've come, let's see how far we've come. Arcas sang wit closed eyes and a passion in his voice that he always got when he sang with his guitar. He didn't usually like performing for others so when the door opened he didn't hear it and thus kept on singing. Haunter, who was there the whole time, sat up from where he lay on the couch outside the booth and looked at the stranger with head tilted at an angle.

Vicky didn't often go to the music room, but sometimes it was nice to sit and listen to the songs played by the other demigods. She entered quietly, so not to disrupt anyone, which was fortunate because a boy happened to be singing, judging from appearances, he seemed to be enjoying himself immensely. Vicky unfortunately was not familiar with his song however.
She paused when his Husky sat up on the couch to look at her, with his head titled at that adorable angle. The daughter of Clio didn't want to move in case the Husky barked and disrupted what she assumed to be his owner's singing.
There was something about this room, that tugged at the threads of memories, like something important once took place in this room yet what, with who, Vicky could not say. The tall daughter of Clio may have been content to wait till he finished singing but her asthma disagreed with that strategy. She fumbled in her pocket for her inhaler, before taking several puffs, the inhaler sounding more like a gun shot in her ears. If that didn't disrupt him, Vicky did not know what would. Her cheeks warmed, flushing with colour this was embarrassing.

Haunter heard the puff of the girl's inhaler and began barking playfully, getting up and walking over to her. He was still a young dog and everything was there for him to play with. Arcas stopped playing and groaned as he took off his headphones and walk out of the booth to see some other girl in the lounge area around the both. Haunter, sit. He said with a monotone voice and bored sound. He couldn't help it though, he always sounded so bored all the time. The dog sat and wagged his tail as he looked up at Arcas.

Vicky patted the dog gently on the head before Arcas' appeared. "Sorry... I didn't want to disturb your singing." She nervously pushed her glasses further up her nose. Vicky found it weird, she could do the public speaking nonsense yet place her in front of a single person and she found herself feeling oddly tongue tied.
Arcas didn't appear familiar to her, at least by name anyway. Then again, to Vicky this made perfect sense since recently she had been travelling around the camp and to Camp Jupiter gathering as much knowledge and information as possible for her book. She felt at home at Camp Half-blood, even if her time in Camp Jupiter had been delightful.
"I'm Vicky." She introduced herself, pocketing her inhaler, gods this was embarrassing.

As I would assume. I've seen you around camp and the Clio cabin if I'm not mistake which you are a daughter of. My name is Arcas son of Dionysus and this is Haunter. He said bored as Haunter jumped up and began running around Vicky excitedly. The two were exact opposite. Haunter was full of energy and Arcas was never really excited about anything. He was more perceptive on life and didn't want to be bothered with a feeling that never lasted long.

Vicky smiled at the dog happily. She didn't mind Acrad sounding bored, she was used to some of her half siblings sounding bored when they spoke to a few of the other campers over things that they really didn't care about.
"Nice to meet you both and yes that is a correct guess." Vicky hoped that he didn't always sound this bored when speaking to others or it would become rapidly like speaking to some of her half siblings who tended to care more for books than those who sought of shared their blood.

Haunter barked happily when Vicky smiled at him. Arcas sat loungingly on the window seat of the recording set and mindlessly strummed on his acoustic while Haunter bounded around and partially danced on his hind legs when Arcas began to strum a classical Spanish tune, his fingers flying across the strings and his body slightly moving to the music. He had to admit, sometimes he felt like an Apollo when he played music.

"Your pretty good with your music." Vicky responded, her fingers playing with her inhaler in her pocket. She wasn't certain if she would need it again, so kept it nearby. The daughter of Clio felt herself becoming increasingly frustrated with herself, she could sense that this place once meant a great deal to her, or some event here had, yet as she searched her mind for what, the threads seemed to vanish, like ash blown away by a hot wind.
Vicky could never seem able to remember much or indeed anything from her past before waking up at the camp, recovering from an injury to her head.

Arcas gave a curt nod towards Vicky and continued to play without missing a beat. At the end of his tun he saw a look on her face and gave away everything she was thinking. Here's a little back story on Arcas. You have something on your mind about this place and yet you don't know what it is. Might I suggest a simple question to someone who may know something of your past. There were very few things the boy couldn't stand but one of them was people not taking any initiative when it came to questions, that's why he was blunt all the time. If being blunt meant people got their priorities straight then he was going to be as blunt as he could possibly be. Haunter jumped up onto the couch with Arcas and laid next to him, resting his head in his lap.

Vicky looked at him surprised. "That's the point... They don't know much because it seemed I never spoke much I had my head in a book all of the time." She regretted that choice, even though she had no knowledge of it herself any more, if only she'd taken the time to socialise more, to talk more then her half brothers and sisters might have more than just fragments of information on her.
She could not even remember who her mortal parent was, or if they were still alive. For a daughter of Clio, Vicky wasn't certain as to what was a worse fate, never knowing or not remembering. After all it was not like Vicky hadn't tried to find out, it was just very difficult to. Before, as now she had tended to be a private person, what she knew, especially when it came to personal family things, Vicky kept to herself in her head. Even in her diary there was very little information to be found in it, nothing that might help her now.
"I just get a feeling that something happened here that was important to me." Vicky tried to explain to him, trying her best to ignore his blunt tone. At least he was honest, she could respect that. "It is hard to explain... I get a feeling and it stirs something but never enough to trigger anything other than a feeling." Vicky sighed quietly, smiling at his dog. Dogs were cute, dogs were awesome, there was no doubt of that.

That is odd. Have you ever tried using a power of sorts on the matter? Arcas asked, now intrigued. He wasn't one to get in other people's business but this was interesting and he loved interesting. Setting his guitar down Arcas sat cross legged and watched as Haunter began to pace the room. They may not have been telepathically communicative but they did know each other very well. The first thing Arcas thought of was a traumatic experience but ruled that out right away, Vicky would have remembered that. Do you know how it feels exactly? It would help me think of the solution.

Vicky shook her head, she hadn't ever tried using a power on this matter. Some believed the memories might come back on their own accord, others believed that her past was lost to her forever. "No I've never used a power on it." She failed to see what good it might do here.
She moved further into the room, before seating herself down on a chair, her hands nestled nervously in her lap before pushing her glasses further up her nose as they felt like they were falling down and thus off of her head. "It is like a feeling that this place is familiar but why? Or how? I have no idea." The daughter of Clio shrugged her shoulders.

Arcas groaned and laid on the window seat, draping one of his arms over his eyes and letting the other hang down to the floor. This was pointless. The girl clearly had no real intention of telling him what he needed to know or give him anything worth retaining as far as ruling out possible ideas to the solution so he was growing rather agitated.Look. Do you really want to find an answer or can i forget about this seeing as you cant remember anything worth while on the topic. If anything you probably just had a crush from here and forgot about it. Arcas said as he slowly sat up. He had often times been compared to an anime character with his movements but he didn't really care, he liked being himself even if others found him dull.

"Yes I want to know and I would tell you but I don't know myself." Vicky replied frustrated by her memory issues. She blushed at his comment about her having a crush, maybe she had a relationship here with someone. Who knew? Vicky doubted that she possessed a boyfriend because they should have revealed himself by now.
Unless they wanted to leave in which case it was probably for the best that Vicky did not remember them at all. "I want to remember my past... As at the moment I know very little about me."

Arcas frowned and stood up, causing Haunter to do the same and stand next to his master.Look. Let's just start by asking Chiron. He's bound to know something. The teen said as he walked out of the music room with his guitar case in hand and Haunter trotting along next to him. The boy always walked fast but it was more due to how tall he was and how long his legs were.

Vicky nodded in agreement, she didn't want to speak to Chiron or really anyone else about her problem but she didn't see who else would be able to help. "Okay... I hope you are right there." With that Vicky followed him out of the room keeping up with him quite easily due to her own long limbs.
