Bray wasn't even sure why he was here. He wanted to go to the least populated area in camp possible and sit there and think about his life, like he did a lot. He supposed that this would be less populated than the lake, and certainly the beach. Bray was wearing a white t-shirt and athletic shorts, with his favorite shoes on, the only nice thing he owned. Bray noticed another girl was here- Aria. He knew that name for some reason. Bray thought she was pretty, but it wasn't like she'd ever talk to him. He sat in silence, watching her.

Aria held in a groan, she had finally been alone and now there was someone else here. She was determined to not care though, so she ignored him, even though she could feel his eyes on her back. Instead of saying something, she stuck her headphones in, hoping he would leave soon.

Bray noticed she wasn't budging, so he was debating whether to approach her or not. It was not at all like him to approach a girl and talk to her, but he needed to start taking more risks. Bray needed to get things off his mind and just be happy for once, or at least be happy knowing he tried. He got up, and slowly approached her. "Hello," was all he said.

Aria let out a breath of air that she hadn't realized she had been holding in. "Hi." She answered, trying really hard not to sound mean.

"Um..." Bray didn't know what to say next. He wasn't made for this type of stuff. "I'm Bray," he said. "Aren't you Aria?" he looked at her (he had been staring at the ground).

"Yep. That's my name. Can I help you with anything?" Aria asked, pulling one of her earbuds out of her ear.

"I know...I think that's what dates are for. I don't know anything about romance," Bray said and sighed and plopped down next to her. "I'm, uh, a son of Delphin."

"Hmm... I'm from Seattle, I live with my mom when I'm not here, and when I found out I was a half-blood, I also found out I had an older brother. That's about it, You?" She asked.

Bray nodded. "Cold is good. I like cold." He wasn't sure what else to say. "So, who's your older brother? Is he a mortal or a demigod? Is he a son of Demios?" Bray had never been so talkative, but the ideas just kind of flowed through his mind and out of his mouth.
