i didnt know why i was acting this way. i cough quietly for a couple of seconds. my cheeks, neck and the tops of my ears were still red.

"yeah" i say quietly. i shiver a little "its just cold" i say pressing closer. I felt cold but my neck cheeks and the tops of my ears were burning with heat.

I stand up suddenly and step forward. I catch her with my arms and pull her close again. I get an idea. "M-maybe I should... c-carry you there..." I stutter, my face becoming red all over again.

"m-mason. i-its c-cold" i was all i could say trembling from the cold i was feeling. my breathing becoming heavy. i wrap my arms around myself trying to keep warm, but failing.

I started to worry a lot. I grabbed the comforter on my bed and wrapped it around. I stood beside her and picked her up bridal style. "Let's go then." I say softly.

My eight automaton creations and I walk into cabin nine. I order four of them to stay inside. They line up on the wall, two on each side of my bunk. I take out and put on my chain necklace that transforms into a great sword and my fingerless gloves that change into tiger claws. I also keep the sheathed pair of daggers attached on each side of my jeans. I tap my chin, forgetting something. I snap my fingers, remembering what exactly what it was. And with that, the remaining four robot warriors follow me out of my cabin.

I open the door and walk towards my bunk. I kneel beside my bed and slide out my duffel bag. Openning the zipper, it reveals my own personal generator I made a while ago and a pair of jumper cables. As Wyatt hobbles over and sits on my bunk, I turn on the generator. The buzz of electricity breaking the awkward silence. I then attach one end of each cable onto the respective knobs on the power source. Next, I put the other ends on Wyatt's legs, recharging them. They get fully charged within ten minutes. Afterwards, I turn it off and put everything back under my bed. Wyatt stands up, his legs functioning perfectly again. I smile, glad that I could be of some use today. I give my thanks and leave, and I decide to take a nap. Maybe I'll have better luck tomorrow. I think to myself.
