Powers: She can make someone cold by a touch. She can make it snow and she lieks to make it snow snowmen =) She can make Items freeze freeze. Like if she touched metal she could make it freeze so much it would break(because metal does burst if it freezes because it expandes!)
Life Before CHB: Meet Carter! Shes much crazyier than Kesi! She grew up in a mental hospital since she was 4. She loves causeing crazyness like once when she was throwing water baloons at a person who was scared of water some nusre grabbed her and then Carters eyes showed the nurse getting crushed by a icecicle then the nurse let go. Carter then started runniing but then someone grabbed her and strapped a straight jacket on her. Another time she told a nurse she was dieing. She layed in her room and for 5 hours layed still not moving. The nurse came in and shecked on here thenCarter stabebd her in the stomach. The nusre was out of work for 6 months recovering. Carter was moved to a government mental hospital facilty where she lived behind bars. Once she melted the bars then fell asleep. She was weak. She woke up on a medicale table where surgery people were lookign in here brain with a tube. she screame dand screamed and screamed. No one came in. She fell asleep again. She then woke up back in her...Cell and broke out. Ran out of the hospital. Got lost in the woods found Cookie. She lived outside on her own for about a year then found camp.
RP example: i walked trough the forest. I through Cookie choclate chip cookies. She caught them everytime. I saw a tree put my hand on it and my handprint burnt into it. "Cool!" i giggled. I saw some Satyrs and I laughed as I burned some plants. They atrted crying as i ruined there forest. I loved causeing pain. I giggled more and more. I walked out of the woods and saw some Athena kids giggling and laughing. I went backinto the woods and found some spiders. I smile dlightly as I through the cup of spiders on the Athena kids and they screamed there heads off. I walked away and giggled. This was gunna be a fun camp =)

She was being looked for all across america for the death of her mother. Dhe then met a satyr who was kinda afraid of her, bu tthen got used to her. They then got to camp.
