Re: Funerals(So sad)
OOC: Aw you guys suck :c YOu left poor Teddsi behind! Lol, jk.
BIC: Lexie watched Stella hold the other guy's hand and wrinkled her nose. Okay, I think that ten year old is a player, she thought, slightly smirking. Then she struggled to pick Crow up and lay him on the unlit altar-thing. Then she took a flower and put it on his ear. Love the Hawaiian hula dancer look! she thought, smiling. Then she realized how stupid she had just been and put the flower on his chest instead. Oh great, I'm getting, like, loopy with sadness. Finally she pulled the dagger out of his chest and wiped it off, sickened, but she strapped it to her belt. Ha ha, Stella, I got his weapon, she thought happily. She lit the fire and watched his body and the flower burn up.
OOC: Wheee!!!!

OOC: Is it okay if Lexie is a jerk to Stella?

Re: Funerals(So sad)
I sat by the Funeral Pyre, not moving a muscle even as the glowing embers died. My sightless eyes cast towards the spot where the smoke rose to the stars, guiding the spirits up to heaven. I was never really an emotional person. And even now I didn't cry. But my heart ached. I hadn't know her long, but Bep and I had grown quite close. I don't care if she was just a cat, Bep was a good cat. The only cat that my other cat, Mesaka had gotten along with. Bep was an old cat when I took her in five months ago, and I'm sure it was the old fart's time to go, but it still hurt. Time will heal, though. Time will heal.

Re: Funerals(So sad)
Kirito strolled in, taking a walk. He never took walks in the beach, since it was usually so awfully crowded with stupid teen boppers or whatever they're called now. Hipsters? Hippies? He did not know, since he did not pry into social groups anymore, as he studied all the graves. He enjoyed the silence that came along with where the dead lie, as he shoved his hands into his pockets. Noticing another girl, he studied her from the corner of his eye, before standing in front of a grave with no name. Strange. He looked at it, seeing it was just a blank slate.

Re: Funerals(So sad)
I found it funny, really. Funny and sad and a little bit pathetic. All these people - and animals - my friends, my family, I'd grow up, they'd grow up, we'd live and die and I would never know their faces. I'd never know that they looked like. It was sort of sad, but also rather interesting to think about. Bep was gone and in the five months I knew her, I never saw her kitty face. Hell, I didn't even know what a cat looked like.

Re: Funerals(So sad)
Kirito glanced at the girl. Hell, he was feeling somewhat unlike himself today. He approached the girl, with his usual air, he was very quiet even when walking. His footsteps made light crunches onto the leaves, before with a rather hushed voice, he greeted the girl (Luna). "Hello." Kirito was behind the girl, and he studied her backside. Rather slender, he noted.

Re: Funerals(So sad)
Having been hunched over in thought and strong emotion, now I straightened up the the point of stiffness. "Hello," I said, my voice level and devoid of emotion. I stared straight forward, not bothering to turn around. While normally I found myself to be a solitary person, and rather easily agitated, now I found myself in a quiet, docile mood.

Re: Funerals(So sad)
"You seem rather upset," Kirito noted, which made it rather awkward for him pointing it out and commenting over it. "Someone close to you died?" The black-haired boy asked the girl, his porcelain skin rather exaggerating the circles under his eyes, and it was quite a bleary day. Not beautiful at all, the skies were gray, and it felt like it was about to pour gallons of rain. A sad day, indeed.

Re: Funerals(So sad)
I heaved a sigh and in the same, emotionless tone responded: "If this sounds blunt, I do apologize, but the wound is still raw and is rather not discuss it with a stranger. I appreciate your good intentions, and apologize if you are offended. But you understand, don't you?" I asked. For the first time, I turned my head towards him; although I didn't make eye contact, my ghostly, pale blue eyes stared blankly in his general direction.

Re: Funerals(So sad)
"I understand," Kirito solemnly said. He dug his hands into his pockets and continued to look back at the girl, unsure how to react now.

Re: Funerals(So sad)
I walk in, and put a bright red, orange and yellow shroud on the table. I watch it burn and cry even more. I hardly knew this kid and he was killed right in front of me. I pull the map out of my bag and throw it on the table with his shroud. It burns away in a puff of smoke. I leave silently.
