Kat walked in, letting her hand slide onto the surface of tables, liking the feel of the old furniture.

Citra walks into the observatory and looks around. "**&$, it's abandoned," she mumbles. "No good." Before she turns to leave, she notices a girl. Normally she would scoff at her, but anyone who Citra saw in a place she was interested in, well, they earned respect from her to some degree. "Hey," she called over to the girl, walking over to her.

Kat looked up, her eyes flashing, as she tensed. She wasn't exactly the trusting type. Especially after Reid, well he had technically betrayed her, by calling her a killer. She studied the girl with a emotionless look in her eyes. "Hello," She said, a little bit of her French accent jumping in. Kat was slightly slouching, her hand still on the surface of the table. She was still wearing her army green pants, white wife beater, combat boots, straps around her biceps, and red bandanna around her jet-black hair with a slight mohawk shape. She was still wearing these clothes from yesterday night, since she had fell asleep on her bunk suffering from the heartbreak that possibly her friend hated her.

'And she's French, too! Even better!' Citra smiles a bit, an action that she hadn't done wholeheartedly in a while. It almost felt foreign too her, but in a good way. "I'm Citra Esor, daughter of Thoth," Citra says to the girl. "Who are you?"

"Daughter of Chione. Katrianne Vander. You may call me Kat," Kat said formally, standing up, making her posture straight, instead of being slouched. She felt her red bandanna being a bit lose, so she untied it and then retied it back into her hair.

Citra bit her lip. She started to realize that the girl gave off a vibe that she normally gave off, one that said 'I don't want to tale to you.' It was instantly recognizable, especially for someone like Citra, who spent nearly all of her life acting like that. The only differences were that Citra tended to slump over a bit, as to make her appear bored, and she also tried to give off an attitude that let them know that she thought she was better than them. Once she had that turned off, she could notice it in other people, and she definitely noticed some of the 'I don't want to talk to you' attitude from this girl, and the 'better than you' attitude to some degree, but very slightly.

Citra smiles a little. "People tend to not guess my god parent. I'm sure most of them think I'm a daughter of Aphrodite, and not because of my looks, but because I usually tend to act pretty stuck up." Citra's words shocked herself. She had never really said anything so honest.

Kat closed a nearby haflway charted book. "Ah. I'm often guessed as Chione. Like always. Although I got some odd boys stalking me. Thoth is certainly interesting."

"Yeah," Citra says. "You don't really find many Egyptian kids here at all." Normally she'd smirk at that, but now she let herself sigh. She actually did get pretty lonely, and the fact that she didn't really have any friends didn't help.

"Well, most likely more Egyptains kids will come in, after all it's just a matter of time. This camp has been full of Greek kids for a long time, and now look at it. There's a bountiful population of demigods here," She said, as if she were discussing with a butcher over meat.

"Yeah. Sadly, most of the people are jerks," Citra says with a sigh. "Seriously, this one chick, I try to help her because she freaking falls out of a tree, and she snaps at me."

"I think she was a daughter of Thantos or something," Citra says with a shrug. "And when she does need help, she barely even asks. She just like whispers 'please.' She didn't even say she wanted help."

"Oddball much?" Kat said, opening one of the charted books. Her dyslexia got the better of her, as the symbols moved around. She wished she had her flashcards on her that helped her read.
