Talents: He's loves pulling pranks, and he's really good at it. He never does it to actually harm someone though, unless he's had a row with them. He's very friendly and funny, and he's got a beautiful singing voice.
Weapon**: He has a golden staff with a blade that was made in Asgard. He can make it appear out of thin air.
Flaws: He sometimes can't resist tricking people, if the opportunity is too obvious. He lies a lot, and laughs too much.
Life Before CHB*: Niall lived in Ireland for most of his life with his mom. His older brother had already gone to college. Ever since Niall was a child, he was mischievous, hiding stuff from his mom or brother, or tricking his brother into doing stuff for him. Anyway, he moved to London where he made a band with four other friends. Then one day, his knack for pulling pranks went wrong. He had carelessly tricked a really big gang leader, and the gang leader had found out. He had hunted Niall down, and when he was alone, his gang beat him up. They were honestly about to kill Niall, when a staff flashed into Niall's hand, out of thin air. Niall won, and he made it home. Matty decided he was old enough, and sent him to the States to CHB.
RP Example*: His heart was pounding, roaring in his ears as he gasped for breath. But the pain kept coming as they kicked and punched him, making his nose bleed insanely. Instead of trying to run away, though, he hit back with what little strength he had left. Yet they were merciless, and there were too many of them. Then, as he was giving up, there was a bright light. Niall's hand curled around a golden staff, and he felt power surge into him. A wicked smile curved his lips and he laughed, though the sound was weak. And then he started swinging away with the staff, whacking the big guys, sending them flying. Finally, the leader, the guy who Niall had tricked saw him coming and ran away. Niall was not about to chase him. With a last look behind him, he trudged towards home.

Life Before CHB*: Benjamin lived with his father and his older brother in Kent, in a mansion. To say the least, they were ridiculously rich, but Benjamin never cared. He hated having to put up with the other rich people, all snobs and idiots. At the age of twelve, he figured out he was a demigod, but as much as he wanted to leave Kent, his father and especially his brother refused. Finally, once he turned seventeen, he purposefully became as insufferable as he could possibly be, succeeding in gaining permission to leave and go to CHB.
RP Example*: Benjamin waited until his fat brother left the room, still swinging his umbrella annoyingly. As soon as the door shut and he was sure his brother was gone, a grin bloomed across his face. "Yes!" He cheered, and it sounded more like a hiss than anything. He gave a little fist-pump to the air and then he was whirling and darting all over the place, his mind racing as he grabbed clothes and necessities and shoved them into a suitcase. Maybe an ordinary person might have brought something like a picture frame, but ugh, how pedestrian. Benjamin would be glad to get away from his irritating family. He was going to leave at that very instant, he decided, scrolling through airplane flights on his phone. Finally, finally, finally.

Life Before CHB*: She was born in New Jersey, and lived in a tiny one bedroom apartment with her mother for nine years. She never had many friends there, as she was quiet and liked to keep to herself, always with a book under her nose. Rory and her mother moved to Virginia just before she turned ten years old. Miranda's brother was wealthy and welcomed them into his home, and they lived in the basement, which was still about thirty-two times better than their old apartment. Rory made loads of friends at her school in Virginia, and she became bright and energetic and friendly. Then, one day, Rory was taking care of her cousins when a burglar sneaked into the house. As a manner of self-defense, she electrocuted the man accidentally, causing him to black out momentarily, giving them time to secure the man and call the police. Rory's mother explained everything, and Rory was sent to Camp Half Blood.
RP Example*: After a while of tidying up the twins' rooms, she realized it was really quiet. Too quiet. "Matthew? Molly?" She called. Frowning worriedly, she climbed down the stairs and called their names again. No answer. And then she turned the corner and saw the man standing in front of the two ten year olds, their mouths duct-taped shut. "HELP!" She screamed at the very top of her lungs. The man snarled at her and lunged for her, the knife raised high in the air. She screamed again and swung out wildly with her arm, yet the man grabbed her wrist. But then he froze, his eyes wide, and let out a guttural sound before dropping right to the ground. At the same time, Rory had felt a warm current slide over her skin where he touched her. It was gone nearly as abruptly as it had appeared, and Rory rushed to release her cousins from their gags. They could only tie the man up and wait until the police arrived.

Her sword is Celestial bronze, and she can produce up to 700,000 volts. It's actually not that harmful, even though it may sound like a lot. In any case, it's enough to knock out a grown man temporarily.

Our limit is about 1,000 volts.

How many times a day can she do this?

1,000 volts, then. She can do this fifteen times.

How long can the current be held?

Just several seconds, not even a minute.

Can the electric current be fired from her body? Or is it completely confined to her skin?

It can be fired, but not overly long distances. Maybe two or three feet away, but that's as far as it can go.
