CHB: Edwin was a nice boy. He was a favorite of many kids and adults alike and had good jokes. He was also good at art and made great science fair machines. Unfortunently, his project burned down the school and he was kicked out. Lickily for him, he was able to go to Camp Half-Blood since he was found out to be a demi-god by a satyr named Calvin
RP example: I was entering a armory and I decided it was time to finish the project. I grabbed the large thing sitting in the corner and took off the tarp. There was my biggest project, but there was one flaw: it had no use yet. That was about to change, as I put in the last gear and wielded the bow onto it. I put the arrows in the arrow refiller, which was made to constantly remake arrows, and put a target far off. I let the machine shoot and BOOM! The arrows hit the target and put tons of holes into it.

Powers: Can make floods ten times a day, strong sea winds ten times a day, and tsunamis five times a day, as long as he's 500 feet near a body of water. More and they don't work.
Life before CHB: Dylan was a nice kid that looked at the side of both problems. He was a little picked on for his tendecy to flare up, but people liked him still. He loved being at the beach and always was outside on stormy days. He eventually found out he was a half-blood, but he came to his senses to leave when he met a large cyclops outside his door. Since then, he has lived at Camp Half-Blood wih his sea lion Kaito.
Role Play Example: I was sitting at the beach with a couple friends. Then of course that annoying kid came up. "What do you want?" I asked before he hit me. I got angry and then a large wave came up. "Bye." I said before he got washed away "Hope you like crab." I said while Kaito playfully swam in the ocean.

You need better limitations to powers.

More limited. Everything must be under ten uses, because his powers are destructive.

Btw, tempests are more like rain, snow, and hail storms. They don't relate to the sea much.

As far as I know, a tempest can also be from the sea as a big sea storm. But whatever. Edited. Also, what cabin do they go in?

Powers: Um, can use his pan pipes to do a medium heal
Flaws: Can sometimes be too nice to everyone, even the enemy, has a habit for stealing things from others if it is something he collects, can become really self-centered if he is allowed to talk about himself.
Weapons**:None, he doesn't like to fight, instead healing the fighters with him with his pan pipes
Talents/Skills:He plays the pan/reed pipes quite well, has a knack for collecting things, is a good dancer (mainly river dancing).
RP Example*:

I walk around the forest and sit on a nearby rock. I talk my pan pipes out and start playing 'Song of the Unicorn'. I continue to play and notice a green gem over by a tree. I get up and grab it for my collection. I smile and walk back to my den.

Too much power

What do you mean? He has 8 power pieces. Every 3 hours, one will disappear, and, depending on the undead rank, an amount will disappear as well. Like, summoning a skeletal pirate takes away 5 out of the 8 power pieces......So everday starting at 8 am, he has until 11 am to be able to summon up that dragon, but after 11 he can't do any sort of massive beast summoning (dragon) and can only do smallish summons, like a scarecrow or ghoul.

If an admin says it's too powerful, then it's too powerful. Edit your form please.

What do you mean by "medium heal"?

Hmmm......he could heal any non-fatal (such as the bubonic plague, I guess, or other deadly diseases) or a cut as thick and as long as a palm of a 13 year old.

Life Before CHB*: Bill was the star of his high school baseball team 2 years ago. He was the youngest of 4 sons, and he learned quickly you had to fight to survive in Boston. At an even younger age, around 7, he started training himself to run fast, and he continued this training until he was faster than his mad dog brothers. On the last day of his high school baseball career, his mom told him he was a son of Hermes. He then went to Camp Halfblood, hoping to show the people there that he's the best Hermes kid ever.
RP Example*: I head into the baseball field. "Man, those chuckleheads won't even stand close to beating me!" I yell to my team. I walk over with my bat and prepare to hit the baseball. It comes and I hit it as hard as I can. As the fatties from Meridian start running for the ball, I run as fast as I can and get around the diamond. I smile. I won the game for our team.

Flaws: Sometimes acts smarter than his friends in a rude way, is quite rude to enemies, and he has a tendency to purposefully try to kill people, though he often remember not to, he has a slight cigarette addiction.
Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): He can make himself appear as someone his enemy knows well, like a friend or, in case of a monster, a fellow monster. However, he can only trick up to five people/monsters at a time, and everyone else will see him as himself.
Life Before CHB*: Pierre had a terrible life before he came to America. His family was quite poor, so he resorted to becoming a young assasin, paid to take out targets. He later moved to America and tried the stunt again. However, he failed spectacularly and was thrown in juvy, and tricked them into thinking he died and escaped. He came to camp hoping nobody would know him from the Georgia incident, but still has a dark side.
RP Example*: I was hiding behind a trash can, my knife in hand. I saw the target talking to a business man, and I knew what to do. I grabbed my knife, knowing that my chances were slim, and became the man's brother. I walked over and said, "How are you gentlemen?" The man went to turn but I instantly stabbed him in the back. Before the other guy could reply, I slinked into the shadows and disappeared. I knew I would get more money for a faster, unknown kill. But I still had the feeling something was watching.....watching and planning to make sure I paid for my actions.

When he "appears" as another thing/person, is it just to a certain person or everybody?

And the second part of the power, anybody can fake their death.

Well, okay, yeah.........and he looks like the person/thing to the certain people he wants to have believe he is that entity......like, at a maximum of five. So, lets say 5 people were in a group. He only wants one person gone, so he would be able to trick those 5 people/monsters into thinking he is someone else, someone they know and like. However, everyone else will see him as himself.

Is it a sudden change, or do people see you slowly turning into that person?
