Is he naturally that strong or does he need something like a power-up to do that?

Well, he needs to be in good shape. What I mean by that is that he needs to be healthy, like, no blood on him, not lots and lots of sweat, so I say it kinda depends.

That sounds more like a natural thing than a power....

Then....what category would it go under on the form? Because I don't see too many guys pick up 500 pounds just suddenly.

It might be able to go under Talents or Notes, though you should note what condition he needs to be in to do this, though you can list this under Powers if he has to have a little power boost thing happen to do this (I recommend this option most).

Mhm. 9 yards may be a bit far -- is there a downside to this, ah, talent? I'm thinking it's more of a power if it's going to be a 9 yard throw.

Our normal limit's 400 lbs.... How many times a day can he use this, and is it easy for him to sprain/break something in his arm by doing this?

"I lived in Italy. My mom and I were poor, but we had a baker as a friend. He would give my mom and I bread for each meal. One day, we had to move to the United States, because what my mom called 'bad people' were coming to kill everyone. Weird, I know. This was when I was eight. We went to the United States. My mom originally wanted to live in Washington D.C., because she wanted to help the president. But, soon I was claimed by Thor. We had to move to New York. At the age of nine, I went to Camp Half-Blood, where I am right now."

If it hits, yes. But, I doubt the person would be out for than 10 minutes.

Usually we make it so that it takes three or so hits with a bolt to knock out. How many could kill?

Life Before CHB*: Zayn Mellet was an independent boy. At age 7, he could write books and sing. At age 8, he could play a guitar. At age 11, he could play every instrument. Zayn lived in England until he was 12, then he moved to America. He then went to CHB 4 years later.

Mr. Crump answered the door. "What?" he asked.
"I want you to take me to the park. Mom is sick, and your wife can't watch me today." I looked at him.
"My wife is busy, you brat," Mr. Crump answered.

"Go away, kid." With that, Mr. Crump shut the door.
I sighed. I went to the bakery, where I found fresh bread. "How much, sir?" I ask a baker boy.
"Hm?" he asked.
"The bread."

"Oh." I sigh. Not enough money. I only had three quarters.
"Tell you what, you can have it for free, if you do a chore for me." The baker boy smiled.
I smile back. "What's the chore?"
"Sweeping."
"Easy enough." I grab the broom, and get to work.

At age five, Devon had to go to CJ and live in New Rome. She could not visit Crius again. Crius went to camp. Devon never knew until now. Now she will visit him. They will be closer than before.
RP Example*: I get out my sword and point it at the dummy. I keep walking. Suddenly, Crius attacks me with hugs I laughed and hug him. We go to the Mess Hall. I eat there. Then, we go to play.
