"Outsiders -- sure. In a mainly-Greek camp, throwing Egyptians and Norse into there.... Hmph." I wondered briefly if there would be separate camps or something for the Egyptians and the Norse; they couldn't shove us all into one cabin.

Re: grassy plain
I nodded"anyways, do you like dark places?, I'm guessing a daughter of Kuk would enjoy the dark" I said looking at all the shadows, I wondered if she could control them.

Re: grassy plain
"Of course -- that's why I'm here." There would shadows and darkness everywhere -- and so, it'd be a lot easier to use my powers at night. I felt stronger then, because it was dark everywhere; I didn't need to search for shadows then.

Re: grassy plain
"nice then, what are you're powers?" I asked her, maybe she could control shadows.I could control lightning and my sister could control lightning, yet we have different fathers, now that I thought about it, that is very convenient.

"Shadow control, stuff like that. Fun stuff." Terron raised his head to look at me for a moment, and then he was darting off into the dark, away from me and the boy. How far was this kid from me? Four, five yards? Hm. I didn't like being too close to people at all.

Re: grassy plain
I looked around" I can control lightning and electricity" I said looking to the sky, I took up after my dad a lot, but my appearance is mainly my mothers genes.

Re: grassy plain
"Oh, that's wonderful for you." Ugh. The kids who could control electricity were probably some of the most stuck-up, in my opinion. That would slightly include Stella. Terron hissed as he slithered back towards me, coiling up by my knee.

"gets me out of a lot of sticky situations, especially when it comes to being attacked by people" I said remembering the many times my powers saved me from people who had ambushed me.

Re: grassy plain
"Eh. Well, that's great for you, I guess. As long as you haven't killed anybody with it." I laid back in the grass and stared up at the stars; there was a moving, blinking light to my right. Hm. Probably an airplane.

"nah, I don't kill, I just fight, stop, or help" I told her sitting down, xeanort slithered back to me and curled up around my shoulder.

Re: grassy plain
The blinking light was moving towards the city, soaring past at what seemed like a pretty slow pace -- but I knew better. "Well, that's good for you. Not that many people use their powers for, ah, 'good.'"

"trust me, I know plenty" I said looking to the sky"but my dad told me to get away from fighting for a while so I am" I sat back down.

Re: grassy plain
"Wonderful. At least he's trying to act like a dad." My "dad," or more accurately, uncle, was a pretty good guy -- though I hadn't talked to him in months. He probably wasn't worried, though; he knew I could take care of myself.

I nodded and stood up"anyways, I will be going now, too tired to stay outside camp, so, later" I said and left.

Re: grassy plain
I yawned as the boy left, still staring up at the sky. It was a cloudless day.... until I realized the sun was rising. Ugh. I grabbed Terron by the tail and went back to camp.
