I shot my sword down and it absorbed most of the blow but the blade still hit my leg, but didn't go deep.I winced and dropped to one knee then out of anger swatted my hand at his, trying to make him drop his weapon.my leg still stung but I learnt to ignore the lesser pain and keep focus on you're goal.

I stomped at him, trying to pin him again.This time I pointed the sword at him, trying to get him not to move without a sword at his neck.

Jaz strolled into the arena, wondering if anyone would want to spar today. Seeing no one there yet, she slipped off one of her rings and it turned into a sword of celestial bronze. She held it in her hand, taking a moment to find the balance point, as she looked around.

I walked in and looked around the arena. I got pissed off today so maybe if I watch people spar today I would end up with glee. Oh such a weird day for me.

Jaz looked up when she noticed someone walked in but frowned when she noticed the person was just a small girl. She shrugged to herself, figuring she might as well try and be a teacher, even if she knew she wasn't the best or most patient instructor. "Hello, little girl," Jaz said in a sweet, sing-song voice. "Are you here to spar?"

"Oh well," Jaz said, putting away her own sword. "There are a whole bunch in the armory, but there have to be some practice weapons sitting around here somewhere..." She looked around for some of the training weapons.

Jaz looked to where she was pointing. "Yes, I believe that's it," she agreed. "And if you don't want to be eaten by a monster, I suggest you train in the art of combat. Demigods tend to have a hight mortality rate if left untrained in the outside world." She nodded swiftly.
