I walked in with my hands in my pockets, feeling slightly uncomfortable in another cabin. "Yeah, there's some interesting characters running around this place." I scratched my neck. "We cannot assume, only believe what comes to us during a dream, a love, a friendship, a challenge. Author Unknown." I recited halfheartedly. I looked back up at her with brown eyes. I adjusted the sword at my side so that it hung in a more comfortable manner.

I looked back at him. "Woah. That's... Deep." I said, not knowing if that was the right word. I felt the bed. It was a lot softer than the couch I slept on back home. "So, you think we should go tell Chiron now?"

"Huh? Oh, yeah." I smiled wickedly. "You think he answers to a horse whistle?" I laughed. I hoped she didn't mind a rebel.

I laughed. "That would be funny." I got up and started walking torwards the door and I looked back. "You coming?"

I walked back in and sat down on my bed. "Well, today has sure been an interesting day," I said to Randel, looking around at the other bunks. "Do I get, like a weapon?"

I nod. "Yeah, we could head down to the armory. Or you could make one. Or..." My eyes dart to the left at a random bunk then dart back to look at Kyla's feet. "I could make you one, I guess." Surely, this is only a friendly offer. I mean, I'm not going to quit being a rebel so quickly! Just maybe.....No. I am given a job and it is only a job. Once workl is done, continue with your business. End of story.

I gave him a weird look. "Okay, then. Well, it would be cool to make my own, but it sounds hard. And it's not like I'm going to put you to the trouble of making me one. That would be rude. But, one from the armory seems boring. So... I don't know. I hate deciding on things. Decide for me." I said laying down on my bed from frustration.

"I don't know!" I throw my hands in the air. She didn't get my drift, eh? I try to be friendly for one time in my life....I sigh and sit beside her on the bed. "Look, let's just decide later."

"Okay good. Today has been crazy enough." I sat up and looked at him. "Be honest with me. Is my life ever going to be normal again?"

I think for a minute. "Well....you'll eventually get used to it. Soon, you'll feel like this is all regular. That's as close to normal as we ever get."

I sigh. I decide to go with my usual introduction. I switch to her voice. "Erato." It always feels so wierd when a mimick a female's voice. Always higher.

"Yeah," I said, despite how much that creeped me out. It felt to good to have someone wrap an arm around me. It made me feel protected. I liked it. I looked around for a clock. Nothing. "Um, when do we eat? I'm hungry."

"Okay, we can go now, I guess," I said kind of dissapointed he had to take his arm off me. I stood up, waiting for him to lead the way since I didn't know which way it was.
