I uncapped the water bottle and attached the water to my hands. I rubbed the wounded area of her arm. "I know... I'm usually the wrong one in a group." I gave a nervous smile.
She looked down at her newly healed arm and nodded once, curling up on her bench again. Her gaze stared after the path that the bird had taken and she longed to chase it down and snap it's neck.
"Say thanks yourself then I guess..." she replied and closed her eyes. "You really know how to upset her...what's your secret loverboy?" she said opening her eyes.
