Walking through the fields

Lamount walked into the massive fields and sighed, there wa nothing for him to do and it felt like he was so alone. Why wouldn't anyone even talk to him? He was just a loner her thought, never had a chance

I glanced at her and smiled back, not that she would come over. She was a pretty girl, and she blushed for some reason, but I didn't pay much attention too it. Didnt have to I guess

I see her trip and walk over. I offer my hand to help her up, not quite saying a word yet. Maybe if I took the mysterious approach....

I shake her hand "lamount." I say and take a glance at her. She's very pretty up close, one of the prettiest girls I've seen. "I'm a son of melinoe"

Not really. Your a black sheep basically, she's a goddess of ghosts and some other things, like guilt" he told her with a sigh "your mom is well known"

Lamount nodded "yeah, I guess so. I'm not usually liked. My only friends turned on me, or died after leaving me. No one wants to be around a dark figure" he said, looking at the ground

I smirk at the playful nudge. Her Looks were starting to get to me. "No I didn't know that, that's actually quite interesting" he said calmly

I sighed. "Guess I'm done here then." I glared at her as she walked out, leaving me with unanswered questions. I stand up and walk the other way, my original hardened heart returning.

Lamount nodded, looking at the floor absentmindedly. "I see, you look Californian, are you from there? Sacramento? LA? San Francisco? Santa Cruz? San Diego?" He asked, he had never been to California but he read about every map he could get his hands on. He didn't say anything about his parents though, partly because he was an orphan. He remembered back when he had friends, but pushed the memory away. "I've always taught myself, as I said, no one wants to stick around me"

Lamount shrugged "if you don't care being around me, I'm fine with your methof of teaching" he told her. He had pale skin too, but he wasn't going to point out the obvious

Lamount hesitated a moment before nodding "alright then, well it's been a while since I had a person to talk to....what should we talk about first? To get to low each other"

The breeze jostles my hair a small amount as I push it back into place behind my ear. Inhaling the fresh scent of strawberries and growing plants, I noticed the view of the fields were as amazing as the fruits that grew withing them. "Wow . . ." Around the edge of the fields, I pull out my magic book and scan through the words. I stand in the sweet landscape as time flies by. Words washed past me as I read and read. This reminded me of the old times before camp before I camp when I would read until the next day in the summer air. Sky would be by my side and we would just hang out.

Tears almost flooded over as I remembered the good days. Fourth of July; shooting flaming arrows. Presidents' Day; trying on beards, randomly. Christmas; sitting around the fire while I fell asleep on Sky's shoulder. This wasn't really the time to remember. I'd end up sobbing. My friends, family, and people I cared about were long behind me, possibly thinking I am dead.

Alexis walked through the fields after lying to Darcy, about having chores to do. She just didn't want to be around that boy who cheated on Darcy. As she walked she ran her hands through some grape plants, taking some random ones, every so often. As she was walking she saw another kid, reading some sort of book. She decided to just look at the ground and try to get past without a conversation
