We need a topic.

I'm gonna throw in my rude and condescending character Rick, who in turn needs an equally rude and condescending character or a complete opposite who is nice and sweet and such.

You're in luck, I got plenty of rude and condescending characters:
- Lakisha Bellamy, constantly on ego trip
- Im-so-much-smarter-than-everything Victoria
- Chiara -- though she's more rude than anything else.

Sweet characters are also around:
- Jana Kay will bake you cookies
- Sasha could cuddle you till next Tuesday if you let her
- Dayami makes the best worst puns

Holy shet, Victoria and Rick are perfect, because they are both the "I'm not the nicest person because I'm the smartest, and being nice is something stupid people do to hedge their bets."-type, though it may not progress because they're both the idgaf type.

Sooo, in order for it to keep moving forward, I'd say bring Chiara, and have an all-out insult festival.

We should do a children of Ares topic together since Lana is approved now.

Anywhere is fine by me, most of the time Lana is working on training in the grounds or with her siblings being a bother.

Essentially, the topic we're replying to right now is a so called "RP invite". short for "role-play invitation". If you go to the first page of the topic, you have little descriptions & summaries of my characters in the first couple of posts.
The way this works is that people look at other people's invites, get an idea of their characters, then ask for a RP with a specific character. Say for example you like my character Jana Kay and think she'd go well with your character, then you can reply to my invite (this topic) and say something like "hey I think Valerie and Jana Kay would make an interesting pair. How about we RP somewhere?"

Does this make more sense?

As for Roleplays, these take place in the RP area, aka the parts of the forum below "Stories". Everything that says "The Lake", "The Arenas", "The Forest", "The Cabins" etc
