by lexypaws 8/21/2013, 12:01 amAs I sit down in the grass next to the strawberry fields I stroke Sparky's soft fur. I notice the small markings on his muzzle. I remeber thats were I got his name, his markings reminded me of sparks. As I sat in the grass, Sparky laying at my side, I wonder when Henri was going to meet me. I lay back in the grass and continue to stroke Sparky's fur. I look up at the clouds, it was a clear day with no clouds.

Summer Jones approached. "Hello," Summer said. "I am Summer. Daughter of Aphrodite. I am one of the nice Aphrodite kids. Daughter od Apollo? Lucky. I wish I was. Did you see the way my siblings dress!" A gentle breeze blew on Summer's face. Summer spotted a juicy red strawberry. She ate it. "I love strawberries," Summer said. "My siblings are afraid it ruins their dress." She laughed. "How about you? Who are you?" A strong wind blew and a strawberry vine wacked Summer in the face. Summer laughed. She picked and ate the straw berry on that vine.

"How old are you?" Summer asked. "I am 13." She hoped he was old enough to date. He was kind of cute. 'Don't get your hopes up,' Summer thought. He was so cute. She hated to admit it. The breeze blue. Her hair flew everywhere. Summer waited for an answer. The answer meant everything to her. She was starting to get impatient. 'Please answer,' she thought.

As I sit up I say " Hi I'm Lexy." I say to Summer. " Hey Henri. It''s fine she was just saying hi." Sparky slowly got up sniffed Henri and then Summer. As I get up I brush off my jeans and tell Sparky to come.

"It's fine you weren't that late." I said as sparky sat down watching the cats carefully. I reach down and scratch him behind the ear and startled him out of his trance. Sparky looks up at me gives me a small yip.

As I pick up a stick and throw it for Sparky I think how to answer that. "Depends" I say finally.
