Dagger Throwing

Ignoring the fact that I just said go "ok" I say. "1.....2......3!" I say I hold out the sword and throw it up and catch it agian. I stand in position waiting for her to make a move.

Aurora flinched when Kaylie threw her dagger into the air. Aurora stood, contemplating her move. She was no daughter of Athena, but when it came to tactics, she wasn't half bad. She charged and faked right. She attempted a slash at the other girl's armor.

"Wait don't forget about me!" I say trying to get there attention but not going in the middle so I don't get chopped in half. "I want to try too!" is say as I run over to the swords and grab the biggest one I could find. I come back dragging the giant thing while trying not to cut off my toes.

HOLD EVERYTHING. Seriously, uh, I'm sorry, I didn't get your name. But that sword? Can you even lift it above your head? Aurora stopped and chuckled.

"My name is Lily," I say happily, "and um I'm not sure." I try to pick up the giant sword but it fails and it gets about two feet off the ground.

Aurora smiled. "Well, we need to get you something that you can actually pick up!" Aurora took the sword from Lily. She fake staggers under the weight and smiles at the girl. "So who's your parent?"

"My God parent is Aglaea the Goddess of beauty and adornment," I say with a little smile, "now about the sword how do I know I have the right one?"

I stand up out of my postition after dodging a strike "here " I walk over and grab a sword that is about the right size for her and hand it to her "Try this." I say standing back a little ways. I see another person walk in and shrug it off.

Aurora chuckles. "Sword fighting doesn't really suit you does it Lily?" I fake left, and slash. "Anyway, my mom's Mousika, the Horai of Early Morning Music, so I apologize if I get touchy."

I notice she faked a strike agianst her sword, with a loud clang. "Does that sword work lily?" I ask swinging the sword again. It made contact with a clang again

Ummm how do i use this thing I say while holding the sword in my hand.

"Hey, Kaylie, can we help Lily? Even though I'm not good with a sword, can we still teach her?" I say, lowering my sword.

Easy swing it just don't stab yourself" I say quikly swinging again. I lung missing by about 1 inch. "Yeah ok" I say lowering my sowrd

"Uh ok So like this?" I ask puzzled as I swing the sword around in a big circle while I spin with it.

"Its a sword, not your true love!" Aurora laughs. "Just hold it in whatever hand feel comfortable. And yeah, don't stab yourself."

"Uh sorta" I say uncertiantly. I straighten up and walk over to her.

Aurora stands back and watches for a while. "Hey guys, it was nice hanging with you, but I'm gonna go. See ya!" Aurora picks up her things, waves goodbye, and leaves.

"umm ok bye" I say waving. "ok, now just hold it up and swing lightly." I say standing back to let her try.

"OK," I reply and and swing the sword how Kaylie tolled me.

"Oh come on! It'll be fun, I promise!" Noonian exclaimed enthusiastically as he and Lysander entered the arena. Lysander looked around and nervously rubbed one of his eyes. He didn't say anything but did his best to have Noonian a rather weak smile.

I hear another person coming and I tell lily I'll be right back. I walk up to them trying to get the courage to say high. "Hi I'm Kaylie daughter of Chione and you are?" I ask spinning the sword and making a snowflake appear on my finger.

"Oh and I am lily don't forget about me again," I exclaim and come over to the people.

"Oh ya sorry" I say spinning the sword again. I throw it up and catch it up again.
