Meet the folks.

Ozzy heard Liona coming down the stairs with Kole. Here he was, about to ask his girlfriend to play bodyguard with him for his sister. How this was going to work out, he'd have to figure it out as he went along. All he knew was that his sister could be in trouble at this very moment. Well, I was right. My sister is a demigod. But here's the thing, the satyr that brought me is also going to bring my sister. The thing is... he needs us to play bodyguard until they make it back to camp. he said. He looked at the time on his laptop and jumped at what time it acctually was... 9:30. He then got up from the couch, put his laptop in his bag, threw on his hoodie, and started for the door. He said Our flight leaves in half an hour. We need to go soon. he said. He then went outside and put his stuff in Vicky's car. Then he ran inside and washed up, just so that he didn't reek on the plane.

The plane landed, and that's where their troubles started. Chett was waiting for them at the entrance. His white and black Chevy Camaro showed that he earned some serious dough. He was pacing, more like limping, back and forth impatiently. He was wearing what Ozzy had seen him wearing when he face-timed him, eccept he had no pants on. His brown, furry legs were trimmed and cleaned, which was a lot for Chett. He saw them coming and started saying something to them. Ozzy only could make out a little of what he said, but he could tell he wasn't happy. He and Liona loaded their bags into the trunk, and then all three loaded into the car. Chett started onto the freeway and broke the ice, after he calmed down.
"So what have you two been up to?" He asked.
Oh, the usual. Chilling at her house, met her family, its all good. Ozzy said.
"Well, little lady won't be able to get the same luck. Ozzy, your folks went on that Carnival cruise. I told them about you and Toni, so they know already. Donr worry about them." Chett said. "So Leah, Lexi, whatever your name is, how long have you and Ozzy been a couple?"

Chett chuckled when she finished. "Darling, I don't care what your name is. I'll call you Lucy, Lauren, and Lexi before I call you your actual name. Got it, sweet cheeks?" He said.

You'll get used to it after a while. Don't worry. Ozzy whispered to Liona. He understood her annoyance with him. He felt the same way when he first met Chett. He'll only call you by your real name if its important. So, how much longer until we're at my folk's?
"Not long, about ten minutes, tops." Chett said. "So, how's it like at camp? What's your favorite activity? How good are you at capture the flag?"
Camp is great, I love it there. My favorite activity, probably survival training, and I'm okay at capture the flag. I've never caught the flag though. For me, its more like "help someone capture the flag and get no credit for help at all afterwords." Real fun, huh? He joked. Chett laughed lightly. "What about you, Skippy?" He asked Liona

"Oh... so you're their air assult, huh? That's... okay I guess." Chett said in response. "So Ozzy says that you two met at the stables. Is this true?"

Ready. Chett, we'll be right out. Keep the engine running. Ozzy said. He then escorted Liona to the front door, knocked a couple times, and waited for the door to open. The door slowly opened, and there stood Toni. Her hair was in a loose braid that came all the way down to her collar bone. Her eyes had a wild look to them, as if she had seen a ghost. She had a bronze dagger in her left hand and some teen-bop magazine in the right. She brought the index finger of her left hand to her mouth, gesturing them to stay quiet. She waved her hand towards her face slowly, signaling the couple to sneak into the house. She then crouched low to the ground, and snuck her way into the house. At the entrance, there was a hallway that led to the kitchen. On the right of the hallway was the entrance to the dining room, and to the left was a staircase that led upstairs to the bedrooms. From the kitchen, there was a door way to the living room, and there was the threat. In the living room, there was a massive hell hound curled up into a ball, snoring loudly. It was sleeping on a bed of golden dust… the golden dust of slain monsters.

Ozzy shot Toni a look, and Toni whispered at him quite aggravated. What? I couldn't kill it, it saved me from a heard of monsters.
But to keep it in the living room? Why? He whispered back.
Mom isn't here, is she? And is this your girlfriend? She's not exactly what I'd pick for you, but she'll do… I guess. She whispered.
What do you mean 'I guess'!? Ozzy shouted. What he didn't know was that by him raising his voice, he woke the hell hound up. It rose to it's feet, and turned to the three demigods. Anyone have any good ideas? Ozzy asked nervously.

It's worth a shot. Toni said. Ozzy grabbed her arm and said, Uh, no. You're staying here. Liona, If it were tame, It wouldn't exactly be looking at us like I look at a taco. And what a look it was. It's eyes were wild and it was drooling like a bulldog. It's teeth were in a permanent growl as it inched closer to the three demigods. As Toni and Ozzy were going back and forth with some highly unpleasant vocabulary. It was then that Toni noticed the beast less than a yard away from them, getting ready to pounce on them.

Ozzy! What's-your-face! Dodge! And with that, she rolled out of the way. Ozzy pushed Liona out of the way, and had the beast pounce on him. He braced himself for the impact, but he never expected what actually dropped onto him. As he struggled to keep the dog's mouth away from his face, he thought to himself Wow, I never thought I'd go out being eaten by a hell hound. I wonder what my tombstone will say. Probably something like this:

Here lies Oswald P. Elkison
Born October 9, 1998
Died January 10, 2014
He lived a good life, but he was eaten by a hell hound trying to save his BRAT SISTER
May he rest in peace

As he was daydreaming about his tombstone, the hell hound stopped it's fighting, growled, then turned to a puff of dust. There was Toni, standing over the dog with her knife where its back would've been.

Nice. Ozzy said with a smile, half because of relief, and half because he was proud of his sister.
Well, it was either you or the dog. She said. She helped him up, but put the blade to his chin and said But whatever you do, don't make me regret choosing you.

Ozzy nodded at Liona's request. He brushed himself off, and turned to his sister.
Toni, you're one of us. A demigod. He said in a very nonchalant way. Toni laughed and said in the most sarcastic tone she possibly could Really? I had no idea. She playfully punched him in the shoulder, then asked This obviously wasn't a field trip with your girlfriend just to tell me news that I've assumed for quite some time now. Who's with you? Ozzy was still brushing off hell hound dust and accidentally breathed some in. Chett, the same guy who took me to camp. He said coughing. Toni slapped him on the back to help him out. Aww, Ozzy. Don't be choking up on me now. She said playfully. When Ozzy regained his composure, he sighed out of annoyance, and asked Well, since you've known that you were a demigod, can you get your bag so we can get going? He asked her. She nodded, then went upstairs to grab her stuff.

Her room was pretty much what every teenager wanted: a room designed specifically for that teenager. Toni definitely had what she wanted. With her own personal television, a walk-in closet, and a queen sized bed all to herself, she loved her room. In the corner of her room, her cat Nightfall was curled up in her cat perch. You must be the only cat in existence to ever be able to sleep through a hell hound fight. Toni said to the sleeping feline. She then packing what she thought she'd need for the camp. In her pink camouflage backpack, she had a picture of her, her parents, and Ozzy, a personal journal, where she kept all her ideas for song lyrics, her ukulele and all of her cosmetics. She pulled out her cat's travel crate from under her bed and carefully put him in it. She slung her backpack on, and headed for the exit. Before she turned out the lights, she took one last look at the old place. Well Nightfall, I guess this is it. No more "Late Night Show with Jimmy Kimmel" before bed, huh Nightfall? She said to her cat. He seemed to pur in agreement, but she couldn't tell. After all, cat wasn't a language she spoke.

She walked down the stairs to see Ozzy and Liona by the door. Chett was starting to grow impatient. Are you ready now? Ozzy asked her. Toni sighed, and said Let's go.

They rode most of the way doing what you do when you see someone you haven't seen in a long time: asking useless questions about how they're life's been. Most of it was stuff that demigods don't usually find themselves caring about, like academics and social stuff like whether they have a Facebook or not. A couple of questions about their parents came up, but they were usually ended with a brief "They're fine."

This went on until Chett pulled up to the base of Half-Blood hill. He looked at the three demigods and said "It's not that I don't like you guys, but ya need to get out of my car." They unloaded their belongings and headed to Thalia's Pine. Ozzy told her where the unclaimed cabin was, and told her that she'll be out of there soon. As she headed to the base of the hill, Ozzy turned to Liona and said I'm sorry we didn't get to go to Six Flags like we wanted. Maybe some other time, when I'm not required to save someone's butt?
