Weapon**: 5ft long Celestial Bronze Javelin that changes into a sea foamy colored ring. If he takes off the ring and puts it in his palm it transforms into the Javelin.(He can direct his Powers with the spear.)

Personality: Perseus loves the water, and is very talkative. He will be friends with anyone even if they try to hurt him. He will still give them a chance. Perseus has a fear of heights even with his ability to control lightning. Thinks he is better then everyone else.His face is like looking at the ocean, some days, you could tell what mood it was in. Most days, though, it was unreadable, mysterious.
Flaws: Is too talkative. And has a lot of pride. Thinks he is better then everyone else. Power :He can create water out of his own power to use but that takes alot of strength(He does this by taking Moisture out of the surrounding air.)(He can create about 1 m^3. Uses it 1 time a day.Can control water in general. The biggest wave being 1m70 and width being 1m . 5 times a day.The volume of the water he usually controls is around. 3 m^3. He can use lightning - 25mA (You need 50 mA to kill someone.)5 times a day.His sea-storms can take out a beach(Wipes it out.). They last 30 minutes 1 times a day 3 hour cooldown. And when doing the sea storm he can control alot more water due to him maxing his powers to do a giant sea storm. It is 2 miles big.His powers give him Major Migraines and after using all his powers in one day it can make him need Ambrosia/Nectar(Him maxing powers like said in sea storm is like 8-9ft tall to 5-6feet wide wave.)
Life Before CHB*: Perseus always had a hard time at school. Getting bullied, etc. One day he was being bullied and the bully turned into a monster. He willed the water fountain near him to spray water and it blew the monster against the wall. (He doesn't know he did this.) It gave him enough time to find his best friend who turned out to be a Satyr who had witnessed the event and then  told him about CHB. And then took him there.
RP Example*: Perseus was sitting on the beach as he went into the water. He sat there underwater not minding the lack of air. But after a few minutes, started to notice he needed air. He went to the surface gasping for air. And saw something with a dark-murky head with razor-sharp claws coming towards him. And a-bunch of civilians screaming.

So water pressing the monster against the wall killed it?

No, it gave him time as the monster just was knocked out for a few seconds by the impact. and Edited about beach.

How does he create water? Does he just draw moisture from the air around him? (Remember: the laws of physics still apply here, and matter can neither be created not destroyed). How much water can he "create"?

Define a "lightning explosion".

If his sea storms can wipe out an entire beach, I'm going to say he can only use that power once a day. Also, how big are the sea storms (ie. radius in miles)

Can you give some specifics on how much more powerful his water controlling capabilities get?

I feel like he has way too many powers, especially for a minor god child... Can you get rid of one or two?

Because he's the son of a minor god, I think you should reduce the number of times he can pull moisture out of the air to one.

Also, you seem to have put his powers in the "flaws" section of his character form.
