Archery

Rhyolo walks into the range an stare at the bows and quivers. he couldn't decide what bow and arrows to choose. Finally he decided on flaming arrows so he could control them if he pleased. He practiced until a girl hhad arrived.

OOC: they're immediately friends? Etso has never met rhyolo, I'm pretty sure they can't be friends yet :/ maybe after a few pages.
BIC: Etso walked into the archery arena, pulling off her bow as she did so. She sold next to a young boy and began firing at the targets, barely ever hitting outside the three inner layers.

Rhyolo fired a flaming arrow. He discretely used his pyrokinesis to make the arrow hit the bullseye. The girl looked shocked at his fake talent.

Ooc: no power playing!
BIC: etso did NOT look impressed at the boy's talent. She looked him over. Black hair, red eyes. No doubt a MUG child. Wait......pyriphlegethon......Pyrokenisis......faker! "Pyrokenisis, eh? Nice try. Fake." She said and split am arrow in half in midair, like Robin Hood.

OOC: Sorry.
BIC: Rhyolo was embarassed. "How did you know?" he asked. "Who are you?". with a thought he dropped is bow. He was stunned. This girl had firgured him out so quick he started to combust into flame of fear.

"Black hair-minor underworld god child. Obsession with the color red-fire. Fire plus the MUGS equals pyriphlegethon. Pyriphlegethon equals Pyrokenisis. That arrow was on fire. You controlled the arrow with the fire. And I'm etso. Daughter of Amphrite. I'm afraid water and fire don't mix."

"HEY, i get my hair fom my mom. Also i like red because it was the color of my favorite food, tomatoes."

"Wait, what? Your favorite food is tomatoes?" She asked and giggled, then eventually burst out laughing.

"Stop laughing! tomatoes were my dead grandpa's favorite too." Rhyolo said defensively.

Egos burst out laughing again. "I'm sorry but.....tomatoes? That's why you dyed your hair?" She burst out laughing again.

"Acually that was a dare and i became fond of the look," he said, "thats beside the point. The point is i have other reasons i like certain stuff besides my dad."

"Well red is fire, so it wasn't hard." Etso said.

"True, but there is more than me to meets the eye. My name is Rhyolo Moseley." he said whin he extended his hand for a handshake.

"Maybe." Etso said. "Like I said earlier, I'm etso. Nice to meet you, rhyolo."

"So you can manipulate water if im correct."

"Yep. Up to a gallon. Or I can create a sea storm. But I can't do another sea form for another 3 months." She said.

"Could you give me archery tips?"

"Ooh, no. It kind of comes naturally to me. I'm not good with pointers. Sorry." She said and shrugged.

"Ok," he said in dissapointment, "How about we go somewhere else ... like ... the sword fighting arena."

"Sure." She said. "I need the practice anyway." She said and slid her bow onto her back.

Rhyolo put the bow and quiver back and left with etso.
