Sweets and Suprises [Private]

"Aw, thanks, Ana." Derek nudged the daughter of War with his hand, smiling down at her as he walked out the store. He never had a someone to care for before, this would be a new thing for him .

Ana giggled when Derek nudged her and she nudged back a little harder but not enough to be mean about it. The Lily stretched towards the sun when they got closer to the door and Ana giggled again.

Derek looked at Ana and smiled more when she nudged her, heading toward the Mess hall. "Now let's get you some ice cream, kiddo."

The little girl smiled and tentatively took Derek's hand in hers, balancing all her new belongings in one arm.I like you. Your nicer than most people ive met here.Ana said bluntly.

Derek chuckled lightly and looked down at Ana. "I like you too and if you ever need some help. Just whisper into a tree and I'll come running."He said in a whisper as they walked toward the Mess Hall.

Ana kept pace and the lily seemed to give a small dance in the sun, causing her to giggle and bounce along with the plant as they neared the hall.
