Malcolm had been busy working on a few of his weapons that he had decided to work on. The day was rather nice, but he still preferred the four walls of the forge. He wore a simple black wife beater and dark jeans. He glanced up from his tinkering to see Christopher working on his spear. "Um, h-hey. How are you?" He asked under his breath.

I am good. Just dropped my spear on my foot. He said. *Looks at him nervously* I am not very good at fixing things. Can you help me out?

Malcolm sighed and stood up from his seat, lumbering toward the son of Ares. Malcolm stood to the height of 6'1. "Sure." He grunted and sat back down beside Christopher. He picked up the spear and looked it over, turning his head to the side to study it. "Um. I can fix it." With just one tap, he made the spear good as new. "There ya go."

Thanks. He said blushing like crazy hoping it doesn't show and accidentally touches his hand while trying to grab his sword. Sorry, he said. That was an accident.

"Uh...no problem." He whispered and lumbered back to where he was, but before he could, Chris had touched his hand. He blushed a bit and turned to look at their hands. "I-it's okay." He said under his breath and went back to messing witth his bolts and nuts.

Chris didn't know what to do now. He just kept on blushing and went to get his sword to leave. He kept thinking about telling Malcolm that he liked him but he didn't know how. He kept wondering if Malcolm would like him too or if he was getting himself into something he shouldn't be. With that he looked at Malcolm one last time and smiled before leaving the forge and sitting on the stone steps to think. He stared up at the sky and sighed before moving over to let a couple of people leave the forges.

Malcolm continued to tinker around with his bolts, nuts, and such. He was using his power of metal to fashion the pieces together. He had created a small, miniature bird that resembled a hawk. Soon the bird started to move and fly out of the forge, accidentally hitting Chris in the back of the head.

Chris felt something smack him in the back of the head. He looked around to see what looked like a bird lying at his feet then looked around for anyone who might have done this. That was when he saw Malcolm grinning. Malcolm? He said blushing and not sounding to hurt by it at all. What was that for?

"I-I'm sorry. It was an accident." The son of Hephaetus folded into himself and scooted in closer to his working desk. "Won't happen again."

Chris looks at him with a devilish grin hoping he catches it the slowly walks away. e really had butterflies in his stomach now. How he dealt with it was one thing. How he felt about it was another.

Malcolm saw how Chris reacted to him apologizing. His cheeks filled with blush so he completely turned his back on the son of Ares, hoping he wouldn't notice. After a while he decided to work on some weapons of his, sharping and honing them. When this was over, he had planned to go to the wrestling ring for some practice.

Chris was leaving and went to the wrestling arena to grab his jacket he left there before heading down to the sparring arena to work on his skills (Not that he needed it much) and vent some anger from a couple of days ago. He was yelled at by his sister and didn't need the trouble.
