Personifying and Making someone see their fear are along the lines of the same thing so please explain what the difference is.

Also what do you mean by invisible to others because at the current moment I'm saying no to that

For her powers section over all, how do people resist the powers and what people does it work better on and what people does it take more effort to use it on.

For the cooldown on the powers..you can shorten down the cooldowns, 12 and 13 post cooldowns for basic fear manipulation is rather...brutal to yourself and I don't really see why you would need such a long cooldown

This is not required but could you please add more detail to your personality, History, and RP Example, the majority of members here tend to RP a lot longer than average so it would help you get your feet wet so to speak if you increased the detail in the form itself

In the talents, which form of European Dance do you mean? Or is she just decent in all types of dance from the different European countries?

In your notes, what do you mean by extremely homosexual? Do you mean it to the point where she has to bring it up constantly? Because it that case that's a flaw for being an annoyance about her sexuality. Or do you mean that you is very bad about constantly flirting with girls no matter what because of her sexuality? Because in that case that a flaw about being very flirtatious.

You didn't explain the difference between making some see their fear and then your character personifying their fear

Please explain this or combine the two powers as they are the same thing as it sits now.

Ok going by the difference in the two, How is the personification "real"? Does your character become the personification itself or do you create the fear itself out of thin air?

The difference between personifying the fear and making someone see they fear, is that the personification is, for the most part, somewhat real and made purely of fearful aura, meaning it can cause damage to objects, but mostly just messes with the mind, while the other isn't actually there, almost like a hallucination.

I'm going to have to say no to the personification thing, because fear does not have mass and therefore cannot be made into solid objects which could move things around.

However, I would be willing to allow the hallucinations to include tactile hallucinations, such as feeling like spiders were crawling all over them.

With the personification, would you mind if I edited it to where she creates an illusion around herself, making her look like the fear? Like what Phobos did to Clarisse?

So have one that is a hallucination somewhere else and one that is a hallucination that envelop her?

Yes, if that's ok.

I will accept that, however, I will state that the duration and cool down would be the same, and she cannot use the other while one is cooling down. For instance, she cannot be cooling down from personification and have someone hallucinate their fear. It is essentially the same power manifested in different locations.
