Weapon**: 5ft long Celestial Bronze Javelin that changes into a sea foamy colored ring. If he takes off the ring and puts it in his palm it transforms into the Javelin.(He can direct his Powers with the spear.)

Personality: Perseus loves the water, and is very talkative. He will be friends with anyone even if they try to hurt him. He will still give them a chance. Perseus has a fear of heights even with his ability to control lightning. Thinks he is better then everyone else.His face is like looking at the ocean, some days, you could tell what mood it was in. Most days, though, it was unreadable, mysterious.

Flaws: Is too talkative. And has a lot of pride. snarky. cocky. rebellious
Power :
- He can create water out of his own power to use but that takes alot of strength(He does this by taking Moisture out of the surrounding air.)(He can create about 1 m^3. Takes 2 posts to make 1 m and 1 extra post to make 1m more has a cooldown of double the posts spent making water)

- Can control water in general. the biggest wave being 1m70 and width being 1m . takes 1 post to move water around and a 3 post cooldown it takes 2posts to make a wave and has a topic cool down .The volume of the water he usually controls is around. 3 m^3.

- He can call a small lightning bolt from the sky - 25mA (You need 50 mA to kill someone.) takes 2 posts to use / cooldown of 5 posts

- His sea-storms can take out a beach(Wipes it out.). They last 30 minutes take 3 posts  to use and can only be used once per topic And when doing the sea storm he can control alot more water due to him maxing his powers to do a giant sea storm. It is 2 miles big.(Him maxing powers like said in sea storm is like 8-9ft tall to 5-6feet wide wave. would make him need nectar/ambrosia)

Life Before CHB*: Perseus and his mom lived together in a small apartment in New York. His mom was very busy but made it home most nights. Perseus always had a hard time at school. Getting bullied, etc. One day he was being bullied and the bully turned into a monster (a manticore, but he didn't know that). He willed the water fountain near him to spray water and it blew the monster against the wall. (He doesn't know he did this.) It gave him enough time to run for the doors. His biology teacher, a satyr that has been here for 2 years, was outside. the satyr asked what was wrong and He replied with "monster." The biology teacher pulled him into a car and they started driving, fast. He ended up at camp halfblood.

RP Example*: Perseus was sitting on the beach as he went into the water. He sat there underwater not minding the lack of air. But after a few minutes, started to notice he needed air. He went to the surface gasping for air. And saw something with a dark-murky head with razor-sharp claws coming towards him. And a-bunch of civilians screaming.

- You didn't answer my questions about how he uses the lightning/what he does with it.
- You also didn't reduce the size of his sea storm.

- I don't think someone who's never used their powers before would be strong enough to throw a manticore against the wall with water, so you'll need to find some other way to distract it/give him time to escape.
- Was the satyr stationed at the school coincidentally?
- Did the satyr suspect Perseus was a demigod initially, or did he not detect his scent?
